I was so excited upon receiving this juicer! It is the first juicer I have ever used so I wasn't sure what to expect. I took it out of the box and was so excited to get started. The first thing I noticed is there are so many parts to clean! Oh my, I don't know what I was expecting but when I read self cleaning I guess I thought less cleaning? After getting everything prepared to start juicing I got to it. I have been trying to do smoothies with my blender more often for health reasons but I hate the chunks and pulp

 I had hoped that I would juice more with an easier machine, but alas, having to run the clean many times kind of negates the ease of use, and the clean cycle doesn't run until the machine is clean, it runs a set number of seconds and then stops, clean or not. Quite disappointed. If you have a regular juicer, just use that, this one is good in theory but lacks in practice.

I was so hopeful of this product, but alas after running the cleaning cycle 3 times, and cleaning the hood and waste bucket, it still began to smell. I tried it again and ran the self-cleaning 4-5 times more, and there was still fiber left in the filter basket, so I'm going to return. Self-cleaning, but not enough to bother with....

I liked how easy  this  juicer was to clean and the instructions were more clear on how to clean than how to squeeze  out the juice from the fruit.  That part confused me.  I had lemons and cut them up and put it in the chute part and lay it on the tray and squeezed it but it seemed like it took forever to get a small amount of juice out. The rest of the device wasn't hard to figure out and putting it together seemed simple

 The self cleaning works on some fruits and vegetables, but fibrous greens don't wash off during self clean, you still need a brush. Not disappointed with the purchase, a bit let down on the quality and non fulfilled promise of self clean.

Have used this juicer twice and already having issues with it not starting and the handle that locks unit together is clear it won't last long. Already having issues getting it to release properly.
