The Oubonun Premium Adjustable Loft Quilted Body Pillow is initially quite thick and lofty, but the polyester fiber fill can be adjusted via zipper access. The comfort is high and maintenance low. It's entirely machine washable, so you won't have to fuss when it comes to product care. The manufacturer also provides a removable pillowcase to boost defense against wear and tear, body oils, and odors. Fairly lightweight, the pillow is soft and great for side-sleepers when adjusted appropriately. If you leave all of the fill in, we think it's best suited as support for sitting and lounging rather than sleeping.
When removing fill, however, be sure to massage the pillow afterward to redistribute what's left. This took longer than we expected due to the polyester sticking to itself. Polyester fiber also isn't as resistant to "flattening" over time as memory foam, and it isn't as firm. Some people will like how soft this pillow is, while others may note that it isn't supportive enough. When one of our testers kneeled into the pillow, for example, there was minimal resistance to prevent their knees from impacting the floor. Overall, the quality and comfort of the Oubonun are very notable, which earns our recommendation as a more affordable alternative to memory foam.

If I could rate this as a 3.5, I would. I bought the pillow to combat morning stiffness from RA, and it has met that goal at least in the first week of use. The softness plus support is good

 It's like manipulating the size of another grown adult in the bed. I did not expect it to be that big because the body pillows I had when I was pregnant (14 years ago) were never this fluffed. It's a mountain in the bed for sure.

 The zipper is partially hidden next to one of the gussets which is excellent. and you can tuck the zipper's little handle under a small flap of cloth before putting the cover over it.  I've had solid memory foam body pillows in the past and they are excellent for using while lying on your side. I wanted to try something different this time because 1) I'm a stomach sleeper and like to throw a leg & hip over something at night, memory foam pillows are usually too firm for that to be comfortable for long unless I'm on the floor, 2) memory foam traps body heat like nothing else, can get too hot for some people, 3) memory foam pillows are very heavy, difficult to move around and difficult to wash

 Even better than the gel fiber pillows because those are not gusseted. The gusseted sides are perfect for supporting the neck while lying down, especially lying on your side or even halfway on your stomach. The head isn't forced upward at an awkward angle. So if you like to have a body pillow wrapped halfway around your neck under your head and all the way down between your knees or under one knee, you want a pillow like this, or perhaps one longer than this for those who like those extra-long body pillows

 Also if you want a pillow directly underneath your stomach to support your lower back if you're stomach sleeper, this is the kind you want. Memory foam pillows won't do you any good on that score; the material is too firm for that particular job. But who knows, you could open it up and add a bunch of shredded memory foam if you want. However it also depends what kind of mattress you're using

Fully adjustable, very soft, fluffy and squishy.  Multipurpose use.

This provided the right amount of support for me. It is a little wide, but the width is just right to provide the knee support. The pillow is also not too heavy despite being a body pillow. I would recommend this to anyone who is not sure of what kind of body pillow they need

Stomach/side sleeper here

I looked at dozens of body pillows and read hundreds of reviews before I bought this one. From what I gathered, many of the options on Amazon are too soft or fluffy that they provide no support. This one is different. It feels expensive and good quality because it's actually fully filled and the stuffing is more dense, giving it a firmer feel and adding some weight as well

I had been thinking of getting a body pillow for a long while but kept trying to make do with queen pillows. Whoa, why did I wait? The first night using this pillow I slept so comfortably that I awoke with a feeling of rest I had not felt in a long time. This pillow is firm and offers great support for me, a side sleeper.
