Plastic breaks. No replacement parts! Throwing away after two years!

Space saving design, but filters suck!

 It takes a shockingly long time to filter the water from the upper chamber into the lower dispensing chamber. And worse yet, the shape was not designed well. It is far too large to fit on any of the shelves in my fridge (I have a standard French door fridge).

 I believe things like water and water products should be produced nationally. Zero Water is also an American company.  Lastly, if you are having a leaking problem with your PUR water filter dispenser, then don’t overfill it.

A good Water Dispenser filter BUT...

  After researching further, I think Amazon might be selling an older model under the new description. The new 30 cup is indeed supposed to come with a little "horseshoe shaped tool" to remove the nozzle; mine didn't have that, and the instruction booklet that came with mine is completely different from the one shown on the PUR website for the same model.

  I returned this smaller one and will just continue using the large 44 cup one -- as huge and heavy as it is, at least I can property sanitize it. The nozzle spout on the 44 cup version that I bought directly from the PUR website is actually removable; it even comes with a little tool to help remove it, for cleaning.  A question asked by another customer here about the same issue received the answer "hand wash only". I returned mine.  On the other hand, the 44 cup dispenser sold directly from PUR is indeed dishwasher safe. I own it, and not only do the instructions encourage dishwashing the parts, an insert card displayed pictures of someone actually putting it into a dishwasher
