 This has a plywood base to it inside here and then the mat on top these feet are nice and grippy. I don't think you'll ever have a problem with those Paul carrier, Ted bolts. On one side, you have the carriage head, it's a flat, it goes into a square hole there inside and then it's bolts together. All the welds on this bench are very nice and smooth you've got nice pads covering each end

 Everyone forever feet on the bottom, keep it from sliding and slipping. Of course, it's gon na slide a little, but it's really grippy. So when the beach comes in it comes in a fairly good sized box, you got the single foot, you got the pad. You got the spine, you've got the Wii crossmember, and then you have this piece, so it comes in five pieces

 And so, if you step on this bench and you're trying to reach up here, if you don't step in the center, if you step on one edge of the other it and I'm not putting a whole lot of pressure, it'll dump. Keep that in mind. Make sure that you're, you don't stand on it if you're gon na do a seated overhead press, it's much better to do it on this end of the beach, because it is stable and it doesn't have that wobble. Like the other thing, I think that a simple fix will just believe to put a wider chute on the bottom of that single post, and that would solve that issue

 You will see that the 4th and final side is hard to get the cap over because it's rubber and a very tight fit. Use a small screwdriver to open that gap slightly and then once it's over the edge, tap it down gently. Tip #2: Do not tighten the bottom two horizontal braces (the ones with the rubber caps on the ends) until you've set it on the ground and laid down on top of it. I tightened these bolts while it was upside down and when I put it on the ground as if to use it, it wobbled

 But again, if you're on a budget $ 50, is money well spent, in my opinion, to upgrade to that wider pad. In terms of value guys, I just don't know that this bench can really be beat. I mean it comes in at $ 149, even if you spend the 50 bucks and get the wide pad you're still spinning. Only a hundred and ninety-nine dollars look at the rogue flat utility bench

It has the single post so that when I'm sliding back into my bench press, I don't have anything getting in the way of my feet, so I can achieve that proper position and this bench also has a grippy pad. REP FB-5000 - 60 Second Overview of the Best Flat Bench

  In my experience, this pad is no more grippy than the standard vinyl pad that comes on the AB 2.0.  The premium pad is slightly less hard than the standard pad, so I would say it's a little more comfortable.  Was it worth the $200 after tax and shipping costs?  Not at all!  Not to me, anyway
