Finally, you can try to stay out of the sun and heat during midday if that suits your lifestyle. Some sunscreens that fit this criteria, which you probably have easy access to being in the Mediterranean region, are Riemann P20 Kids and Altruist 50. The only tinted sunscreen I've seen in a big bottle enough for the body is from an American brand called Colorescience.

A few months ago, I read that acrylate "polymers" were less likely to cause issue so I tried a bunch of new sunscreens, including heliocare mineral tolerance fluid, riemann p20 suncare for kids, bioderma photoderm kid spray, canmake mermaid gel, and skin aqua uv moisture milk (which I used to be able to use). Each resulted in a rash of bumps in the same areas within a day.
