Roccat Burst Pro

No shell, no creaking, easy to swap and still stick like glue to the mouse. I haven't been able to pop off the shells even when trying. The value for money is very good for the black model, which costs 59 euros here in Europe.

There's plenty of tactility, although not quite as pronounced as what you'd get from an ALPS or TTC encoder, and it scrolls extremely smoothly with no extra scratchiness. Volume-wise it's perfectly even going up or down, and not particularly loud either way thanks to the lack of rattle in the wheel construction. The scroll click uses a black tact switch which is definitely on the stiff side - absolutely no chance of accidentally actuating it during a scroll.

The only other mouse I've been 100% content with are the Roccat Burst Pro stock skates, and these ones on the Symm 2 feel very very similar but with less of a difference on X/Y axis. Cable: It's the same cable from the other PUC mice. Not bad, and unnoticeable if you have a mouse bungee.

* This is a true plug and play mouse, there is no download software required, you can control the RGB, polling rate and dpi on the mouse. * One thing i would suggest people do when they recieve the mouse is go on the xtrfy website and update the mouse as mine came with a high LOD which is now fixed. * The mouse has a PWN3389 sensor which ive had not spin out issues with.
