Rsl was kind enough to send one of these transmitters over to us for testing, and i have to say that i'm pretty impressed the wireless held up pretty well and we didn't notice any kind of delay. We'Ll make sure to talk more about this. During our review of the rsl cg5 and cg25 5

 So, even though it only has a 10 inch driver, the speed woofer is letting you hear both the front and the back waves being produced by the driver leading to a very noticeable increase in output. In the end, it's a matter of what you value more. If you want to save money and get as much great sounding output as you can for your dollar, the speed woofer is pretty much unbeatable. On the other hand, if you want a slightly quicker, tighter sounding subwoofer that will perform better for some types of music and you're willing to spend a hundred dollars more for a little less output

 So we went ahead and did the old glass of water on top of the subwoofer trick and ran some demo tracks at a higher level than we usually watch movies at just to see what would happen and as you can see here, thankfully, the cabinet does a Pretty good job handling all of the energy being produced by the driver without moving around all that much all, while still sounding pretty clean and articulate another thing we didn't talk a lot about last time is the outward appearance of the speed woofer in our original review. We took a look at a black speed woofer, but this time around we obviously got a white one, which i really like all around the cabinet. Is this really nice matte white material? That seems to be durable and does a really good job at hiding. Little scratches and imperfections around the slotted port

 We have this piano black finished area around the port and on top of that is the rsl speed woofer logo. On the back, we have all the controls, starting with the power light, your wireless push to pair button. This is a built-in wireless receiver that can be used in combination with the optional 50 dollar wireless audio transmitter. This gives you full wireless connectivity up to 35 feet away

 Rsl speakers became very popular eventually ending up in recording studios and radio stations across california. Today, the company is still run by howard rogers, along with his son, joe rogers, and by selling their products factory direct online roger sound labs is able to continue its tradition of offering excellent sounding speakers at very affordable prices. The speedwolfer 10s is a perfect example of rsl's philosophy in action priced at just 399 dollars. The speed woofer seems like a great bargain, but it wasn't until after i finished this review that i realized saying this sub is just a good

 The fact that you can do that with a $ 400 subwoofer is outstanding and when you run these in multiples, you're looking at 3 to 6 decibels, typically of increased Headroom, and so as a result, a pair of these are probably going to land us right. In that large room rating, and then you get the added benefit also of the more even bass response across your room, so going with two less expensive yet fully capable fully outfitted outfitted subwoofers makes a lot of sense, sometimes over going with just a single sub. So, moving on to listening, I want to see what these little babies could do with some Hollywood movie content fired up. The latest in the I suppose, is to quadrilogy now the Hunger Games series Mockingjay part 2 great explosions, they're mediocre movie, but that's a review for a different time

RSL Speedwoofer 10S Subwoofer Review

 This subwoofer sounds like it's loading up and when that gunshot goes, you feel it in your chest which, yes, i would hear off. Let'S say my pb13 ultra, but not at the same fidelity or impact, and that's also because i can't use that subwoofer at higher volume levels. My house would just crumble. So that's where the rsl speed woofer comes clutch

 So the r400b is about 1600 usd um msrp, which is four times the rsl. In fact, the amplifier in that subwoofer started crackling, so i actually sent it in for warranty and in the meantime, i've been using the rsl speed woofer in that place near field, and typically i wouldn't use a ported design near field at all or even for music, Because for one, it's not able to really well poor designs. In my experience, not this subwoofer, but in my experience, aren't able to really resolve the low nuances of bass and just the low low listening levels. Performance

 The output is just phenomenal and the one thing that i'd normally be worried about - let's say a smaller sub with a ported design - is that once you start cranking it up you'd start hearing chuffing. In fact, i would get chuffing or port noise from the the pc ultra way before the rsl speed woofer, which is it makes me think a little. You know i should probably get rid of the pc ultra, because this the speed woofer, is kicking some ass right. Now but of course, the pc ultra does go a bit lower the the speed woofer is spec down to go down to 24, hertz plus or minus 3 db, but realistically it goes down to 20 hertz

 It'S not gon na do like the the sub sub bass below 20 hertz, but that's fine, because what this subwoofer does with uh. You know from the crossover point of let's say: 80 hertz to 20. It does well and when it comes to movies, it's a really able to give a good impact, there's some good slam and it it doesn't really lose control at all. In fact, let's say i'm watching a movie and there's like a a gunshot
