 I'M no longer doing that because i have some other equipment coming in which, if you follow me on instagram, you know what that is, but i didn't double check the actual po they had sent me. So i ended up ordering an extra one. So if someone needs one come talk to me, but overall it cost me about 900 bucks. Now i'm taking a look at the actual pieces of what i would really need just to make a straight rm6 versus what the website offers it ends up being roughly 150

 You can't order uprights from them on their website. For some reason you can order the cross members, but the uprights you can't so you have to reach out to them all in all and i'll do a price break down here on the side. That'S why i'm kind of standing off to the side, all in all, it probably cost me roughly 900. To do this

So I sit down here, place my feet on the crossmember and you can put as much weight on the arms as you want, and it works great also, since my last video I have I've upgraded all of my weight plates to rubber grip plates and I have To say, I'm very happy with my decision and the reason for that is because, with the rubber grip plates, obviously they have the grip they're easier to maneuver less chance of dropping them, even though I never really dropped to the other ones. I myself have kids so if they're ever in here with me like, if I'm gon na, take off a plate, so they're really easy to take on take off the rack put on the rack, if you're racking for deadlift so you're doing anything, it's all gripped super Easy to take on super easy to take off so, like I said, I sold all of my cast iron weight plates and I bought all rubber grip plates and that's what that looks like so again, I have my belt squat got my rubber get plates on here. Chalk bowl or my miscellaneous item Bowl, there's the belt squat J cups, safety, spotter on flip down safety, got your satin, clear, color, light gray, rogue nameplate cross member the monster utility seat and that actually that's a that's

 Well, there's no way that the jammer arm would accidentally move while I'm racking and rear aking or lifting while I'm using them. But these are what they look like yeah. That'S me yeah and again this is just so that what you can see what they look like, how big they are and determine whether or not you want them. So here you see, I have the safety spotter arms on the outside

 I also have the flip down safety spot arms here at the bottom, and I have the rogue monster utility seat. We actually use the utility C quite a bit specifically for step ups, so it's kind of a cool accessory to have that's what it looks like you'll see that I also have the lt1 trolley arms. I have the shorter pair, and this is just what they look like they're, easily adjustable no issues with them at all. I like them a lot um

I have the RM 6 pro and have to say it's pretty decent for gaming. I was going to get the ROG 5 ultimate but it took forever to get to Canada.  It is a little glitchy but lots has been fixed since launch. I am pretty happy with it for the price

Rog Phones usually have better US carrier compatibility than other gaming phones.  Still not compatible with Verizon, but the US models of Rog Phone 5 are at least certified compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile (and have more LTE bands for T-Mobile as well).  International versions of Rog Phone aren't the same as US models.

Hey, I’m between the Nubia RedMagic 6S Pro and the ASUS Rog Phone 5 Ultimate currently. I was sold on the latter until I started seeing how fragile it apparently is, and looked into the RedMagic, and was almost convinced until I saw the complaints about the software being glitchy with no fixes, and not being able to change the launcher you use. 

Anyone have opinions on these phones? I’m looking for a gaming phone with a neat design, great specs, and trigger buttons like these two have, feel free to drop recommendations if you know of anything else, thanks!

Trouble deciding

 This is also a bonus with the flip down safeties they just flip in so you can actually use them in a more narrow space and also, if you are getting the flip down, safeties then also put the utility seat from rogue in the u.s into the basket, Because i think that is really really good value for money. I couldn't do it over here in europe, because the utility seat wasn't available is still not available here, but over in the states. I would totally do that and get the utility seat with the flip down

 Now, why am i saying that if you are getting the lt1 neva arms, they are about a thousand bucks. They are not cheap at all um. If you get the landmine 2.0 with a barbell, that's basically kind of the same price, you can move in more directions

 So my tip would be to look in more detail into the rm3 or the rm4 and ditch the rm6 out of your shopping cart. Unless, unless you are really really sure what you're doing with the back part with the basically the rm3 that is attached to the rm4 to build an rm6, if you want to put a rhino belt squat in there good for you, because that is really an excellent Piece of equipment to get up the volume for your legs - that is also the next upgrade that i will do. But if you're concerned about storage, then this is really some of the most expensive storage for kettle belts and plates that you can possibly get. So if you're not buying for commercial gym and all you're gon na do is throw a bunch of plates and kettlebells in the back of the rm6, then please, please don't do that and save yourself the money for some cooler upgrades that will i go also through In this video, so let's talk about one of the first option for your rogue rm6 and that is color

 These kind of you know pushes where you can get your full weight behind the movement and be explosive, and it also makes sense if you do a lot of strongman training, because you can actually simulate a viking press and car deck lifts with these lever arms. But for most people i personally think that a landmine with an extra bubble makes a lot more sense for a home gym than getting the lt1 lever arms. Now, why am i saying that if you are getting the lt1 neva arms, they are about a thousand bucks. They are not cheap at all um
