 This thing's pretty sturdy. Today I'm on the unfinished part of our basement, which we kind of call our workout room. Really it's my wife's workout room. But today I'm down here to install a Rogue foldable weight rack, and I want to walk you guys through this and share this process with you

 So I take out the temporary screw one at a time, pre-drill, and then put in the provided lag bolt. You could see how much everything weighed. You could tell that it was built with strength. I mean, it's built with 3x3, 11 gauge steel, so you knew it was a good quality product

 All right, so right now the rack is fully folded up and is put away in position. Just to show you how easy this is, I'm going to unfold it for you and show you how this works. All right. that's it that's all it took so I don't know how long that took but it wasn't very long all I would have to do now is pull down the bench put the bar on put the j-cups on obviously and it's ready to go since we purchased the rack we've bought a few accessories my wife and I work out at different times so we definitely wanted to get the safety arms we invested in the safety arms for when we're bench pressing or squatting they are awesome they are way overbuilt they're ginormous yet again they're built by they're built with three by three 11 gauge steel they are amazing and they're just like the j-cups that come with it only they're so much stronger definitely something I would highly recommend the next thing that we bought was the dip bar I think they call it the the matador I think is what it's called on their website the dip bar is awesome I was a little bit worried about this one because you're hanging off the edge of it and it really doesn't matter if it's mounted square perpendicular to the wall or parallel with the wall in whatever way you want to look at it it doesn't really matter which way it's mounted it's just as sturdy you can get on there and do all kinds of stuff and it's it's not moving around it I really really like it and I think that's quality another accessory that we bought was a bench and we elected to go with their folding bench yet again where the folding thing is kind of a theme since it's such a small area down here the bench folds up and it hangs on a hanger on the wall it's really nice as well they really designed these things to be easy to use and easy to fold away and it folds away and it stores really really easy all right I hope you guys enjoyed the video or at least I answered most of your questions for you if you still have questions please go down into the comments below and let me know I'd love to help you out with anything that I can as always please like and subscribe and stick around for some of my future content I've had a ton of projects planned and like always I'll see you in the next one

 You can get them on Rogue's website for 162 bucks for the pair. The way they work is they just slide onto the post through the hole, they go down, part in the back, secures them there and then you pop a pin right through the front, they're secure on there, they're not going anywhere. I've had these for a while, for three years like I mentioned and I'll give you a close up just so you can see. You know, I've dropped stuff on them all the time, they have the UHM plastic on the top of them and they have held up really well over the years

 Now let's get started. Okay so down to the nitty gritty real quick, this tubing right here is a 3x3 post, it has the Rogue Monster Lite holes in there for all the attachments and a bunch of other attachments that have the same hole spacing. But they are 11 gauge steel, this one comes out 41.5 inches and there is another option that you can get that's 21

 Right here is the Rogue Fitness RML-3W for wall mounted foldable rack. So let's get started. And I should also mention that I've had this thing for 3 years, so it's going to be a little bit different of a review. Usually I'll spend time with something for a month, 2 months, something like that, but I've actually had this thing for 3 years so I can give a really thorough review and we can check on how it's actually held up over the years

 I've had these for a while, for three years like I mentioned and I'll give you a close up just so you can see. The reason that you have to get these ones with the fold out racks is because they don't have another post back here so you cannot get the straps obviously because there's nowhere else to put the other side of the strap. These can work on the inside of the rack, they can work on the outside of the rack

We talked about the rack itself, how it functions, is it reliable, is it going to fall off the wall when you're squatting, deadlifting, all that crazy weight? And the answer is no, just as long as you make sure that you install it correctly

 what's going on everyone it's just JC for all my return subscribers welcome back for all my new people watching welcome to my channel obviously i got something behind me and that's what we're going to talk about so today we're going to talk about my rogue rml3wc foldable rack i had it for a few months and now i can give you all a solid review on it so we're going to talk about two main topics the first one we're talking about the rack itself we'll talk about the functions of the rack what kind of footprint it leaves on the gym because i know some of y'all worried about space and then we're also going to talk about is this rack sturdy is it going to last is it going to fall off my wall can i load up weight onto it so i'll go ahead and talk about that and give you all my opinion number two we're going to talk about each individual attachment that i've got from my rack so as the months went by i was able to get different attachments for different type of things so we'll talk about those attachments why i went with them and then give y'all a little idea of what you can do with some of your attachments so without further ado let's go ahead and get right into it all right so first thing we're going over is how does this function so if you didn't watch my video i'll go ahead and link it up there when i initially bought it to show y'all how it folds and closes it's very very very simple so if you look at the rack right here you have this bar all right pull that bar that comes with the rack so all you got to do is take that off you're going to take off four pins so there's one pin at each point you're going to take those off and at that point you just lift up the rack and then it'll close so real quick i'm going to show y'all and that's it so first let's talk about the actual footprint that it leaves inside your gym so as you can tell it's really not much but if you were like myself and you have half about a gym to use for your garage gym then it's gonna it's gonna be a lot so luckily i went with this one the one that doesn't stick out so much i believe it's the 43 inch pillars 43 inch t-posts to make sure that obviously when it is actually out and about that doesn't take up too much space beyond that but if space is an issue again that's why you get the ones that can fall so what we're gonna do right now is i'm going to show you all the actual durability and the sturdiness of the actual rack itself is this thing going to fall off the wall where's the weight distributed so those of you that put on a lot of weight if you rack it on the jacob is it going to fall off is it going to crash and those questions is no as long as you set it up and put it on the wall mounted correctly you'll be fine most of the weight itself is distributed on the colors itself so what i'm going to do right now is i'm going to show you all this weight doing some pull-ups um kind of shaking around show you all that hey this thing's not going to fall off so now we're going to talk about the actual attachments itself we're going to start with the dip attachment so very simple design you can pick any one of these holes really what fits you as far as your height goes put on the pin and that's it and you did it so next we're going to talk about the safety spotter arms so obviously these are safety spotter arms so these are very very crucial if you work out by yourselves so You'll be benching outside the rack itself, but no worries, if you're able to get the safety spotter arms and the j-cups, they already come with the rack itself, you'll just be benching outside and it's going to look something like this and not an issue. All this stuff is very easy and it feels like you're benching at a normal rack. And that's it. Hopefully this video helped y'all out
