Thinking about switching back to roku, tired of amazon. What do i need?

    If the signal is rated "poor" by this stick, expect that it will be continually halting and buffering.   Expect the 4K to be unusable except with a very strong wifi signal.   It will barely run 1080 with a weak signal.

It's android tv really because my Sony x900h has been great.  But it is a Sony tv and I imagine they could give us some control at least on a restricted account for advertising.

I love my Roku stick.  Apple costs so much because their devout followers refuse to use anything else.

Some people prefer Apple TV, but it's not clear to me exactly why.

Are there more apps or more of the mainstream apps on Apple TV versus the other two streaming devices I mentioned? This seems like the main reason I would want to switch to an Apple TV device.

Are there any great apps or features I can get here that I wouldn't get on the other two devices? Maybe because you have an iPhone or other stuff from Apple?

This thing is over a hundred dollars, so it might not be the most money savvy thing to get, but if you can get something out of it that you can't with the other stuff it might be worth it. Thanks.

Is it better to have an Apple TV device than Roku or Android TV (or Chromecast with Google TV)?

 The main selling point on this for me was this.. I use Vudu for streaming free movies, and ones that I have bought.
