 Even the 167 felt good for me. I just kind of go with the 163 because the 167 is kind of big. It's kind of hard to put in bags so I kind of like the 163 but I also really love that 167. I've never tried the 59 but I have this feeling it would feel more like a Yes Pick Your Line 156, a little too small

I think that 163 is just right but if you have the board bag and you want to size up, go 167

 It's still very doable when it comes to skidding your turns. I feel like this was right there with the BRD and the Pick Your Line maybe a touch more locked in but still in that realm where if you get off your game you can skid out a turn and feel good. All three of these boards have a similar camber profile that feels really good underfoot in all conditions. It's a very consistent ride

So let's dive right into this This board features Rossignol's Amptek Elite Camber profile, which is just cam rocker So you get rocker in the nose rocker in the tail camber between the feet You're gonna get drive and snap from the camber section between the feet and you're gonna get ease of entry and better powder float out in the nose and the tail. This board is available in 159, 163, 167, 164 wide, 168 wide and 174 wide I rode this board at Copper Mountain after a day that had had snow squalls come in So we had fresh snow, windblown off snow, ice, chunder, corduroy Chunks of the runs that had fresh snow on top of it Basically typical mid-season winter conditions and I rode it with my Rome black label bindings and my K2 Thraxis boots Alright, this is Xavier De La Rue's Pro model. He's a big mountain free ride powder chaser So no qualms about it

 But what I really liked about this board was the fact that when you want to go fast this thing can hold an edge. It absolutely rips. So if you're the type of person that finds yourself riding your splitboard on hard pack or groomers or any of that kind of terrain that Xavier De La Rue is famous for riding you're really really going to enjoy this board. Again it's a very fast very stiff directional powder splitboard
