 This is important, because I use this to store fertilizers, and moisture would absolutely ruin them. The inside is roomy. This is essentially a cooler without any insulation. And given what I use the box for, insulation is absolutely NOT needed

 My last grief is that despite it looking sturdy, and designed to resemble a bench, it will not bear weight. The bin walls buckle with moderate weight applied to the top, which doesn't instill me with great hope that it will last long. One more grief, a bin this size (48 gal) needs wheels. The small version has wheels, but this one does not

 Holding it across the narrow dimension requires grabbing it by the locking mechanism, which doesn't feel like it can bear weight. The lock that Amazon suggested to pair with the bin is a VERY tight fit, you're going to want something with a narrower gauge gate.  I don't think they will keep out anyone who really wants to get in but they work well for what I need. I know I wasn't sure what it would hold in terms of locks so I hope this helps someone.
