Samsung HW-Q800B

Music also sounds very crisp and clear. The sound bar sounds so much fuller and larger than it really is. Only thing making me think, should I have waited a month or two from now for the 2022 Lineup of Samsung Sounbars to release?. I see that apparently rather big changes are being made to most models in the Q lineup, like the 2022 Q800B as its going to be called will now receive side firing speakers on the bar.

It’s pretty good but it didn’t wow me like I anticipated. I really like the look and build quality of the thing, but the interface (via a tiny scrolling LED as if from the ‘90s) is annoying and I’m experiencing a lot of no-sound issues in Netflix and Prime. Anyway, I might keep troubleshooting it (I actually don’t think it’s the soundbar, I had similar issues when I was using my Soundblaster Katana PC speakers on this TV while waiting for the soundbar to come in) but since it didn’t blow me away, I’m considering the Samsung Q800B, Sonos Arc, and Bose 900, all considerably more than I’d like to spend.

Hello fellow soundbar sound lovers!. I've recently purchased the new Samsung Q800B (5.1ch) soundbar from a store in my country (EU) for the price of around 560 EUR.

Q800b is 5.1.2 so it has 5 speakers on the bar and bigger sub. Eventually you will want to upgrade the 600a since it only has 3 speakers on the bar and the sub is really weak. It's $225 more now but you'll most likely keep the 800b and will spend more later upgrading the 600a. In my case Ive had my q800a for half a year which is still 3.1.2 and now I want 5.1.2 or better because 3.1.2 doesn't sound full.
