I was just thinking, that it might be a useful resource if we compiled texture shots of commonly recommended and used moisturizers in this one thread, which can be linked anytime someone wants to know if a texture would be suitable for their skin.

After all, an oily skinned person's idea of thick moisturizer is not going to match up exactly with a dry skinned person's idea of thick, and vice versa.

This is where we need your help, if you can take a video / gif of your moisturiser, 

* a pea-sized amount on your hand / arm / leg (whichever) and 
* just dab / rub / or otherwise apply it as you normally would, till it sinks in
* upload it on imgur / streamable / vimeo / youtube / or reddit itself as a separate post, that can be linked here

it would be very, very helpful.

Alternatively for popular products for which youtube videos, with texture clearly visible, are available those can be linked here.
