I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

I have been using the QV face wash for 3 days after hearing so many good things about it, and I’ve broken out in CC/whiteheads/blackheads all over my face. Literally, my cheeks, chin and forehead are covered. 

I’ve been battling my skin for the last 18 months and have tried so many different routines, going simple with minimal products, going more with complicated routines, and nothing seems to work, in fact it’s now getting worse. 

Sorry for the vent- just feeling over it and like I can’t catch a break. I had such high hopes for this face wash!

Hello!  I need help with finding a new facial (and possibly body) cleanser.  

I have oily acne prone skin and For maybe a year(?) I have used the CeraVe foaming cleanser.  I also had the SA(Salicylic Acid) cleanser from CeraVe and used that on my body, but recently found it all gross and brown in the cap of the bottle, so obviously chucked it.
(Please note: both products would still be in date)

I’m pretty sure the foaming one is breaking me out.  I do want to get away from the CeraVe cult.  I’d really really appreciate some cleanser recommendations!  Thank you!

Below are cleansers I’ve previously used and didn’t like:

•Neutrogena pink grapefruit acne cleanser 
•LRP Effaclar oily acne cleanser
•Simple foaming cleanser

Purging on new products

I have dehydrated oily skin and haven't been taking the best care of it. I've restarted my nightly routine which is helping a lot, I just feel like it needs a big infusion of hydration, like a mask or treatment. Any product recommendations?

Current routine:

i’m currently on the search for my next cleanser. i usually just use a cleanser i’ve been recommended, but i haven’t found one i like yet so i just use the full bottle and then get another different one. 

something i really like is the clinique ‘take the day off’ balm. i use it to take off the occasional makeup i wear. it makes my face feel great after i use it, but i sometimes feel i need to go in with another cleanser afterwards because it’s kind of left a film on my skin. when i don’t go in with another cleanse afterwards my skin doesn’t break out or feel bad or anything though. 

my main problem with many of the cleansers i’ve tried is that they leave my face feeling flaky, dry and not moisturised (like it’s been stripped of everything). i have a few pimples here and there, heaps of blackheads/sibaceaous filaments, combination/normal skin. i’m 19f

Gentle gel cleanser

 The lather is really nice. My skin doesn’t feel too dry after using this. I have repurchased this product many times. It is definitely a stable in my beauty routine

For sensitive skin

This product is great for my sensitive skin; I use alongside the moisturiser and my skin feels amazing. I have paid for expensive cleansers in the past but this my favourite ! Gel like consistency, gets all my makeup off. A little goes a long way !
