The SMARTAKE 2-Pack Corner is a remarkably strong and versatile shower caddy. The 2-tier model that we tested has two baskets, one slightly smaller than the other. They both rely on adhesive pads with hooks to stay put on a wall. We love the deeper baskets, and the pattern of the bottom wiring ensures bath products don't fall through the cracks. Both shelves can bear a significant amount of weight &#40;far more than you would ever reasonably put into either of them&#41;, and they are separate from one another, meaning that you can install them at any height with any amount of space between them.
Our primary issue with this model came during installation. There is a somewhat frustrating degree of precision required to get the orientation of the hooks on the adhesive pad and the wiring of the baskets to line up properly so that they don't interfere with each other when snapping the baskets into place. We got it eventually; it just took more time than it should have. This product also doesn't come with any hooks, so loofas and razors must seek refuge elsewhere. In the end though, this product brings excellent stability and adaptability to shower time.

For example the adhesives are about 8 to 10 inches long and my shower tiles are 6" so the grout lines allow steam to get in so the adhesives are loosening

These are strong sturdy baskets, good quality. The adhesives are strong. My only issue was lining them up and placing them but that's my responsibility, not the product. I would buy these again

These were very easy to install, they’re pretty attractive, and they’re extremely sturdy. I’m excited to see how they’ll hold up in the shower. Only dinged one star for being a little expensive.

 I’m sure there is a better way but in the chaos of moving I decided to use goo gone and a putty knife to remove the adhesive which worked and left no residue or damage to the tile but it took a lot of elbow grease. IMPORTANT!!! - When placing the adhesive backings, pay attention to where the shelves will hook on to the backings, because if you lay the stop down and the backings are too close together or far apart the shelves will not sit flush to the shower wall.

Pros: Once you place the adhesive backings they do not move, your shelves stay in place for literally as long as you want them to, they do not rust. Cons: There’s a learning curve to placing the adhesive backings in the correct place and getting the adhesive backings off is very tedious, strenuous, and time-consuming. I applied these to large, smooth tiles in my rental apartment bathroom over a year ago and never had an issue with them coming off, shifting, etc. I purchased the white shelves and they never rusted

 The shelves are designed to be installed in a corner where 2 walls meet. The clips are mounted to the wall with a sizeable adhesive backing. So, it is important that the clips be level with each other so that the shelf will install easily and be supported. I recommend the use of a small level to mark the lines to which you align the adhesive backing of the clips

 I used a blow dryer and a butter knife to remove the old adhesives..no issues to my marble walls.

Year 3, buying this again!

 I recently moved and realized my bathtub had no where for me to place any of my items. The shower caddy has been perfect. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of storage or organization but with style.
