 There'S contact plate on the head now we'll go ahead and take three 18650s and see the springs down inside there. On the tail end, heavy duty, all right so now these are three of their 18 650s. These are 3000 mil amp. If i can get my camera to focus there, we go 3 000 milliamp on these cells, tested and reviewed them in the past

 As you can see, and we do have the glowing power switch, this is also a battery level indicator as well. When that turns red starts to blink, you definitely want to swap out the batteries or recharge them at that time now by default comes on ramping. That'S the lowest light output very low, that's the highest output on the ramping. A lot of light coming out of that double click will get you 8

 So this is definitely more compact. Build quality on this is very nice and also feels very rugged, definitely want to get a good little holster for it. If you want to carry it on your side, i kind of wish they did have a lanyard hole. So you can put a lanyard on there to carry something like this after a while, you may drop it, and i landed will keep that from happening

 Now, quality control has always been good with sulfur and they make a lot of other lights as well. It'S got some well greased threads. Not impressed, and quickly steps down

 The light is clear over here: man, that is a really nice nice focused hot spot. Maybe a little more but not much super low light output on that. So now we're gon na go ahead and go to the next level here, we'll wrap it up just a little bit there that's 35 feet to that water spout 65 feet to that tree from where I'm standing there it is on the tree, will flood II, but It does have a nice focused area in the beam once you get on the higher outputs, this output, it is making tree of life faintly, which is nice. Alright, it is before after really nice, then we're gon na go back up a little bit here

 That'S a lot of light making it across the park. That'S really impressive! Look at that 65 feet to that tree. Super wide beam! Look at this, I'm not even on high get or even turbo, there's the hot spot! That'S that Center! A lot of light coming out of this thing, Tree of Life hundred and 38 feet, while I'm standing and light almost to it, from where I'm standing literally real, wide beam on this to making it to the school, even with their lights.  This is a 10 amp cell unprotected. These did really well in my test. I posted all the results in my group on Facebook. So really good I'll leave a link down in the description where you can get these as well

 To sum it up buy the light and have some fun, impress your friends, and turn the night into day. That's all I have to say about that except no I was not compensated in any way for this review.

 If you are new to these new powerful flashlights not looking for something to carry on you every day then don't hesitate you will be more than impressed. I think those that were disappointed with this lights output were either flashaholics like me expecting a little more because we are spoiled or did not read the instructions to know you need to double click at the top of the ramp-up to get to the turbo mode. To sum it up buy the light and have some fun, impress your friends, and turn the night into day. That's all I have to say about that except no I was not compensated in any way for this review

Just wondering what would be the brightest flashlight I could get for under $50 and under $100? Other posts about this seem to be outdated. 

Flood would be better but also interested in throwers if they offer high lumens

<p>Nothing else matters (size, weight, cri, battery type) runtime should be reasonable, at least 10-20 seconds on turbo without ramping down</p>

Brightest flashlight lumens per dollar

 One thing you'll notice with other lights that use a ramping interface is they tend to ramp too quickly at low output, and then too slowly at high output, due to the way our eyes perceive brightness. But a lot of work has been put into getting Andurl's ramping speed *just* right.  C-to-C charging works. I definitely prefer the ergonomics compared to a 4-cell light like the Sofirn Q8
