I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

A decent sheath (still going to make my own kydex). A little small for my hand but very lightweight. Wonder how far the tang extends. Wish it was usa made , option for serttions, and out of a carbon steel not a stainless

A fair price but a rather low quality product. The handle felt like cheap plastic and the sheath had a curious friction based release with poor attachment “clip” that offered an insecure fit.

 Some jimping on the handle up near the spine of the blade would probably help. I'll update this as I carry the knife, so if it suddenly snaps off at the handle I'll just fill the review with poo emojis or something.

 The edge it came with wasn't the best, but it didn't take much effort to get it honed. The handle gets a bit slick when coated in water, grease/oil, or blood, but that's true of most handles. I never have been infatuated with SOG products; I always thought their knives were usually overpriced for what they were. The Ace fixes that issue right off the bat - at $15 it's about half the price of similar SOG knives I've seen. First impressions are good. It's a light blade for its size, and its design is a simple, no-nonsense one that I find very appealing

 Would I trust my life to this knife? Hardly. But for $12.99, it will get plenty of use as a utility knife.

 This leads me to believe I bought a second, which, for the price, I can certainly live with; however, SOG standards have certainly come down. After about ten minutes work, it has a smooth edge: much sharper than out of the box. Would I trust my life to this knife? Hardly. But for $12

I bought this knife on clearance which made it worth the purchase but if I had paid 25-30 dollars I'd be upset. The blade is rather weak and bends easily and the sheath is eh..

It's not worth the price

 It's got SOG quality and it's affordable. I dare you to give one to your kid and try to break it with reasonable use. They can't. Sharpened twice in like a 2 year period
