The x95k is a mini-led which will still have great contrast but not as sharp as the Oled but it does have a glair resistant panel and is going to be much brighter of a tv in turn being easier to see. Another thing to consider is that oled has gotten much better to prevent burn in but can still be an issue if your not careful while the x95k you won’t have to worry about any issues with burn in.

The only times I had a hard time with it not being too bright was with Dolby Vision content, that is a trade off other than that it is no big of a deal most content is more than bright enough. You can always try with Dolby Bright though, but the A80K is just as bright as the A80Js with the Evo panel Sony is simply being too conservative on their approach and unlike the other brands they are not cheating when it comes to test patterns to claim their tvs are brighter while in real content the difference is minimal (C2 vs A80K). The real trade off for you would be size, is not too much but I would still consider OLED first as the upgrade on picture quality for me has more value than the size specially with the x90k which is inferior, plus 77" is the sweet spot. I also checked on the x95k and was not impressed with it as it lacks contrast for my OLED trained eye but if you like your content to show super bright to blind you then go immediately for the LED as OLED is bright enough but the super bright picture on Mini LED can also be impressive for some.

If you want Dolby Vision than avoid Samsung. The Sony XR X95K comes in an 85" for $4,500 and it's a great LED set with a ton of dimming zones and Sony has top-notch image processing.
