I got a Sparco R100 that I’m happy with — it reclines so already has comfort adjustability above others

I need a bucket seat for my P1-X that I just ordered today. I live in Canada (Montreal) but it looks like there is nothing available locally. 

My question is what should I get ? I don’t have an unlimited budget but I don’t want to cut in quality. 

Is there something good for 500-600$ CAN$ or 400$US ? 

Also shipping seems to be very expensive wherever I look.

Just ordered a Simlab P1-X now I need seat!

 I still have some of the lateral support but I have more comfort with this seat. I am not sure it would be a good seat for track driving.  *edit* After many road trips in this seat I thought I would update and just confirm it is a very comfortable seat for long drives as well a around town, once on some "nice fun roads" the seat offered the lateral support I wanted and kept my arse planted where it is supposed to be.

  I have a pair of Sprint 5 seats in there. They are great for competitive / track driving but for street driving they are just too harsh.  In anticipation of a 10 hour road trip in the car to the Tail of the Dragon, I decided to get this seat for street driving and comfort while trying to still have some of the support the Sprint 5 has.  Initial impression after installation is this seat will do the job

I replaced the Cobra on my rig with a Sparco R100 with adjustable rails. It’s great, it has adjustable recline and moves backwards and forwards — and it’s actually quite comfortable.

Question on steel vs fibreglass - does the weight really matter, this is for sim racing. In theory should the steel be more sturdy and withstand high braking pressures? Is steel less comfortable?

Budget bucket seat

50 by 25 long. That's Incase you need to replace one. Other than that it's a good entry level name brand seat. It's decently comfortable so you can drive it to the track with no problem

The seat back adjustment works on either side so the seat can be mounted driver or passenger. The seat adjustment isn't bad at the increments of adjustment is pretty Fine

 So if you slide the seat all the way back, the seat belt is a good 3-4" forward on your thigh.

Sparco ?

 The reclining mechanism is a thick rubber band which is visible. Not what I was expecting from sparco…it is comfortable though. I’m glad it’s only for my sim rig and not for a vehicle because it would definitely get sent back.

Not worth the money!
