Speed Queen DR7

I called the place i bought it from and they were willing to swap it out for a new machine, but i called speed queen and they told me to call a couple of repair places by me, the guy came out swapped parts and cleaned my vent, it started right up, the part was on speed queen, all i had to pay for was the cleaning. So far i am really impressed with the machine honestly.

My advice is to get a Maytag 575 and a Speed Queen DR7. Both are titans. The DR7 has steam. Both have titan warranties.

Speed Queen if you have the money. This sub loves the TC5 and DC5 (so do I) which are traditional knob style and old wash system with a 5 year warranty, but I also like the TR7 and DR7, which have digital displays, more options, a newer wash system, and a 7 year warranty.

They always seem to break at the most inconvenient times. I'm hoping that even past warranty, we'll be able to source parts and fix the speed queen ourselves. I feel like consumer reports let me down the last time I bought appliances. My refrigerator and front load washer and dryer from Samsung were pretty and worked well initially, but always having problems and the refrigerator catastrophically failed 6 years in and the washer and dryer constantly needed repairs and didn't work that well anyway.
