Buying new appliances - what brands to stay away from?

Following the serviceman's advice, I purchased the Speed Queen Factory "Confidence Plus" Extended Warranty though another dealer.

 I don't have to run things over and over again and then the dryer again i tell everybody regular one o'clock hit start super easy. I have yet to have to redry anything, my delicates. It treats them kindly my heavy duties, it gets them clean. Oh also, really

 It'S awesome, i don't know the size. Here'S my dirty laundry for you, don't know the size capacity i'll put it here, but it doesn't matter because you don't have to re-wash things. It'S quick gets things clean. They don't come out stinking

 Good for cloth, diapers too, i will put the price here. What our current place sells them for and any repairmen will tell you speed queens, don't break down. Well, there you go best: washer dryer for a large family, small family, any family, whether you're frugal, whether you're cheap, sorry, that's the same thing or whether you have a little extra suspend speed. Queen is the way to go

THE Best Washer and Dryer 2021, 2022, 2023… Honest Review by Someone Who ACTUALLY Does the Laundry

If not for noise concerns, I'd go with the Speed Queen TC5 for its solid build quality and decent wash performance. Unfortunately, I think it'd be too noisy for this location.

  Following the serviceman's advice, I purchased the Speed Queen Factory "Confidence Plus" Extended Warranty though another dealer.

 Washers Speed Queen is made better fills better with the deep fill and has a five year warranty., But is clearly more expensive than the average Whirlpool top load at five hundred twenty nine dollars., The hybrid or Agitatorless top load, washers, Whirlpool, LG and Samsung offer greater capacity And better features but Speed Queen does clean better and is much easier to repair. Speed

 The other models use the newer, perfect clean system. So the agitator is less aggressive because it's tied to the tub and uses the water rather than being tied to the motor like the TC5003.. The perfect clean will be quieter to run and gentle on your clothes

 Your laundry cycle clocks in at about twenty eight minutes versus almost an hour for most other machines. In terms of cycles. The TC5 has optional deep, fill and rinse filling the entire tub with water to achieve maximum cleanliness by completely saturating your clothes. And that's the key to cleaning in this machine, water, saturation and aggressive agitation

Need a new clothes washer for 3 unit building

Frustrated

I got a new Kenmore HE top loader agitator washer - it was on sale. What a mistake. It washes about 15 minutes, doesn't fill water above 1/4 even on "deep fill" choice with three sets of towels towels (why the agitator at all), locks itself in, and then basically sweeps VERY slowly side to side in a gentle sashay motion like a moving a lava skirt - note that this is on towel cycle. Then drains after 15 minutes. Where was the washing? Not in the towels. It could be a lemon, but I would do better hand washing everything. The agitator is pretty much not used - not sure why it's there. Oh, and deep fill is a scam. It basically pours another cupful on your sad little heap and goes on with its oh-so-slow sashay. I could wash everything on "clean washer" mode since it does go to the top...

Is there a new washer option besides front loaders (they don't fit in small depths) that lets you manually decide if you want to both use more water and wash clothes a little longer?
