Targus Corporate Traveler Checkpoint Friendly Backpack

I just had this backpack purchased through my company and I tried to put it on and the straps just slipped all the way to the loosest position. I spent a half hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and then found a picture of the bag online. I zoomed in and saw that the straps were routed through the clip differently from mine. This wouldn't be a big deal except the straps aren't made to come apart because of the little clip on the end

I was able to work the clips off and fix the straps. It took me pliers and a half hour of finagling to get the first clip back on, here's hoping for the second one

I received this bag via my employer. I go through a lot of bags due to extensive travel. This is a nice bag but same issue another user noted where the straps aren't set up correctly so it just slips to the end very easily causing the bag to sag down my back. Too BIG...too much capacity.  Many many compartments.

Not near the quality of my old targus product. i personaly dont thing the zip thru function on this or even the high end bags is worth the space loss. main issue is that the bag was too small for my use with loss of space
