 And while I don't know where Tempurpedic chooses to invest its profits, the one place they're clearly not focusing on is quality control.  I had been looking to upgrade my comfortable, but old 2" memory foam topper. I decided I wanted to try a 3" topper instead because I felt like I sank right down to the mattress with 2". After reading countless reviews and comparing prices I decided to bite the bullet and try this one out

I'm partial to memory foam toppers as long as they're high density; I hate foam that's too soft and feels like quicksand

 We both like firmer sleeping surfaces so the reason I think I like it and he doesn't has to do with our body size. I'm a heavier person, and he's tall and skinny. Because I'm much bigger, I don't get completely sucked into the topper. I find it to be very supportive actually

 We're sleeping well on it, and that's the bottom line. Changing my ring to 3 stars because I still think it's deceptively advertised and not amazingly better than an inexpensive 2" that we used to have.

 In the end I was convinced to not purchase the Tempur-Pedic Breeze Hybrid and go with the Aireloom Medium Firm for 50% off & an adjustable base. I'm a bigger guy and was told that this type would suit me better and having slept on a similar mattress at friend's house, it seemed like a good idea. So I took the deal.  I figured it would be a bit of an adjustment to go from a pure talalay/memory foam mattress to a hybrid mattress so I was expecting an adjustment period

 Thankfully when I unboxed it, mine had arrived in perfect condition.  The topper itself on this firm of a mattress is a perfect match. It amazingly provides the softness needed to reduce the hip issues and provided comfortable support that was not squishy in the least and restful sleeping experience. Contrary to what I assumed would happen, it did not completely flatten

 After explaining my needs, issues and aches I ended up testing 6 different mattresses. The two mattresses I ended up deciding on was the Aireloom Cardiff Luxury Firm mattress & the Tempur Breeze, both roughly $4500. In the end I was convinced to not purchase the Tempur-Pedic Breeze Hybrid and go with the Aireloom Medium Firm for 50% off & an adjustable base.  Dependent on which side of the bed in get on, it pulls that direction. The topper's cover base has ‘no slip traction' which is clearly not enough to keep the topper from sliding. It’s has become a pain to constantly have it sliding off the edge but the comfort outweighs that bit if of frustration. Looking for remedies and will update if I find one

Excellect mattress topper but...

Feels like a totally different bed

 I then took a pair of scissors and cut the plastic off and it immediately starts to fill out. I have tried tons of memory foam mattresses and toppers but truly nothing can compare to Tempur-Pedic. At this point I didn't want to put out the amount it would cost to purchase a king tempurpedic as I believe we are going to change our bed setup but I needed something to add some soft support to what we have. Even this three inch topper is almost as amazing to me as sleeping on their beds

 It has enough support and softness at the same time that it absolutely cradles my body and I'm less achy in the morning.

 I tried flipping it either way and I decided to use it the way it filled the space the best. I would be five star happy if it fit exactly (I do realize this could potentially be my bed as well but I've never had an issue with any other topper not fitting it) but because of that I am giving it a solid four. It has enough support and softness at the same time that it absolutely cradles my body and I'm less achy in the morning.

 My back pain returned! This spring we stayed in a vacation home with a Tempurpedic mattress and topper. I slept like a baby and my back pain got better after a couple of nights! I ordered this topper several weeks after returning home. It was on sale, around $270. My back pain is gone again! It got a little better each day the first week until it was finally gone

I am a real reviewer and am taking the time to write this because others reviews helped me make the final decision to purchase this topper. I am a 55 year old woman and I can have back pain upon waking in the morning. It can get really bad. I first purchased a My Pillow 2 inch topper

  Lastly I was told by a customer service rep at Tempur in Aug 2022 they are out of stock and it is getting replaced with what is called Adapt. He stated it was "a little softer" than the Supreme which seems weird they would discontinue since that has been so highly rated for so many years.  Lastly, seems like there are alot of toppers which are too soft imo but description says medium. So imo this one I received Was medium w cushioning still left even though compressed

 It was more firm This one while probably still one of the best ones seems less firm. Hoping it stays as firm as it is now which I would describe with this particular one, as medium  It does still have padding in between me and firm bed side sleeping pressed in w painful bony hip (about 125 pounds). Yay. It is hot but I really do not have a choice and will put a rotating fan next to bed if need be

It makes intolerable mattress tolerable

 The medium topper worked out well after all! Increased star score from 3 to 4; no need for the tedious process of trying to compress that mattress topper back down to fit into its shipping box!

They sent a Medium, not a Medium Firm

 We both sleep the whole night now and don’t toss and turn like we used to  My only complaint is that this topper does not regulate heat as well as the mattress by itself. We get a little too warm at night, even though my wife usually complains about being too cold. We’re thinking about adding a mattress pad on top that helps with temperature regulation.  Overall we’re happy with this purchase

My wife and I have an older pillow-top mattress that sags a little in the middle and we can feel a few springs poking us. She has been complaining for a while about not sleeping well and waking up hurting in the morning. We didn’t want to spend a lot on a replacement mattress but didn’t want low quality either.  I purchased this mattress topper to see if it would help and our quality of sleep has definitely improved
