Tenga Iroha

It's rumbly and the first couple of intensity levels are pretty gentle. I'd probably stick to small toys like the above and not go for wands or such, as they tend to be more powerful. I also expect buzzy toys will not work particularly well for you (higher frequency toys). In my experience, the cheaper, battery powered toys are often buzzy, the Jimmyjane toys I've tried (granted, that's only a small group but I think it's reasonably prevalent from what I read), the Dame Fin/Zee and the Tenga Iroha toys have been on the buzzy side.

[Tenga Iroha \- is a ''wand'' style toy, that has 4 different modes and looks great IMO - almost like an abstract sculpture. The vibration levels are low, medium, high, and rhythmic pulsing.
