It's relatively versatile for a single wall tent, thanks to its many vents and included vestibule, and it weighs in respectably on the scale. On top of that, it's more affordable than most single-wall competitors in our review. The Assault's included vestibule is a huge benefit to a tent that already boasts above-average interior floor space. The short cross poles increase headroom and make it feel more spacious than most bivy tents. 
On the downside, we aren't that impressed with its performance in wet conditions, and the fabric seems to saturate faster than others in rain or wet snow. It also doesn't manage condensation well, as the material is not very breathable. However, because it contains a good amount of livable space and is quite packable, and is stormworthy enough for most moderate adventures, we consider the Assault to be a great deal.

 It takes a little more to get the tent poles in through those sleeves but um. I still really like the design uh. The vestibule which you don't see here is uh it's yellow and it has a chimney and pretty nice rig and it does add one more pull to the tip. Okay

 So basically, my evaluation says that for the money you shouldn't have to do anything to this tent. You should have been able to take it out of the package and go which i did. A tenth is 300 plus dollars, and especially a tent that is described as an expedition. Tent should be ready to go right out of the package right out of the package

 Also if you are over 6 feet this tent is going to feel cramped. Better like your partner even if you are short.

The vestibule offered much appreciated additional space, for cooking, gear storage and of course, selfies.

 As a self-described dirtbag, I would personally take on a few more grams for a less expensive tent with more features, then get this tent when I’m ready for my Mugs Stump worthy send. And until then, I’ll keep that hatchet sharp. 

 When it was windy, I was glad to have the shelter for cooking. I think this was a worthy addition, its weight more than made up for with the extra room/comfort.

First, as many of you could guess, the interior space of the tent is small, I’ve been in car trunks with more room (but only one with more airflow and that was because there was a hole in it). I didn’t measure, but my head grazed the top when I sat up. I’m 5’10”. Length wise, I slept at an angle since I was solo to be able to fully stretch out
