 This coat has the pockets located all the way down on the leg. I just can't imagine comfortably walking around in that position. This was a deal breaker for me, and one I just find so absolutely dumb. Aside from that, I feel I would have also needed a size smaller

 I'm usually a size Small in most clothing, but winter coats work best when they are fitted to the body. I had to tighten the belt and awkward amount for it to hug my waist. So, if you are on the fence, size down!

I purchased this coat because I was really aiming for a long coat that is warm yet light for these cold nights walking my dog! One star removed because I hate the scrunchy wrist area on the sleeves that are not adjustable and cold drafts get inside because of it. I am 168 lbs 5”7 (36-29-42) for measurements ,and it fit on the loose side with enough room for sweaters. Overall great coat just dislike the sleeves!!!

I felt uncomfortable in Sierra long down coat - the fabric was too stiff , the pockets were too big and would stay as pieces of heavy duty cardboard. If the fabric were more flexible and "friendly" , I would buy it. Otherwise, good sizing, nice style, warm, right length for 5.3

Sleeves are slightly short as many have said. It also gets dirty pretty easily, but I like the coat. Very warm and I like the long length.

. couldn't stop thinking about its perfect fit, warmth, comfort and high quality. Went online, found it here on Moosejaw with a bit of a discount, and decided Santa was going to be very nice to me this year. NY winter 2021 finally turned cold enough end of December and it's perfect for walking, standing outside, errands

So warm, well-made, great style.

 I promptly went inside and changed into my older coat before I took the dogs for a walk. The sleeves felt like they had absolutely no insulation and I ended up returning as it was absolutely not worth the price. Definitely do not buy if you live in any state or region where it gets below 40 degrees

Do not recommend, will not keep you warm
