I received it and got it assembled.Hurt my back during the assembly due to its sheer weight . It’s huge and bulky. It’s such a hassle getting the wheels on and off specially with the jogging kit- which is why I primarily bought it as a jogging stroller 

 After which the whole chariot would be useless. For the price , they need to come up with something better and take care of the flaws in the design. I was really looking forward to it and even hauling it transatlantic BUT unfortunately returned it as soon as I assembled it - never got the chance to use it.

Further more, they hv this cheap plastic on each sides of the chariot -prone to rip. After which the whole chariot would be useless. For the price , they need to come up with something better and take care of the flaws in the design

 For the price, the tires should be more useful instead of having to purchase the jogging kit. We don’t even want to take it for strolls because it’s not a smooth ride.

Super easy assembly out of the box. It takes less than 30 minutes and the only unattached (but included) hardware is two screws for the arm bar. You'll need an air pump to inflate the rear tires.  Everything pops into place and a little window near each lock position will turn from red to green when installed properly

 In fact the only reason I was looking is because our old one got damaged. I have a Thule regular stroller that was really nice, so I decided to try this.  First of all, I love how it looks. Most of these bike strollers look like camping tents

 With the frame on the outside, I think this one looks very sleek. I think the ones with the canvas on the outside look frumpy where this looks and feels very premium.  Second, it just works. It's easy to go from stroller to bike

 It just all works like I would expect it to and it works well!  It's not absolutely perfect. Why at this price point is there not a cup holder included? I don't get that. I also wish they would have included the jogging wheel, but I see that their thing is charging for all the add-ons.  In the end, it's just a great stroller/bike stroller
