I bought this a couple of months ago so I could use my cycle commute for the daycare run.  My son says it's comfortable and enjoys the great lines of site the seat provides (that's the compromise between a seat with head support - often ruins the view to the side).

The written instructions are a little hard to follow, but YouTube has plenty of video installation demos. One design flaw is that I'm 5'4", and even with the seat fully set back away from me, my heels still jam into the tire cover flaps while we are cruising. My kids feet are so short, there isn't a need for such huge flaps, I wish I could adjust the size somehow for a more comfortable ride.
