Tile Pro

My keys have both a Tile Pro and an Airtag. * I misplace my keys quite a lot in my workshop. Over the past week I've been testing both. The Tile can detect the keys about 60% of the time.

2. When I'm looking for something I've lost in my house, Tile can find it from a farther distance than AirTags can. With AirTags I walk around my house until I can get a lock, but with Tile it will get a lock from just about anywhere in my house.

Works fantastic! They will send you new batteries when yours are wearing out (once a year).

The RRP of a Tile Pro is $35 for one or $100 for four. I'd guess that AirTags would be $40-$45 for one and $90-$100 for three. Then I doubt that AirTags will have the subscription tier that Tile now has ($30 a year). This type of product will be about volume sales and keeping customers for Apple.

When it first came out I obsessed over it and HAD to have it. I ended up getting it from Golden Tile Factory which I think the embroidery bags for dior are done SO SO well, in case you're looking for your next book tote! It's a little bit pricer but I think it's definitely worth it! However, your bag still looks really good!

I wrapped the other half of the tracker around to the other side of the headphone PCB and it all fit very snugly. It's not crammed in there, it fits just right. . * Then I reassembled and tested - it works! I can now track my headphones using the tile network whether my headphones are on or off.

Works reliably and you can have multiple tags with custom names and multiple pi’s around the house if need be. I use it as home detection for my wife and I. Tile Pro for losing keys and as presence detection.

I’ve also used it for deep scrubbing tile floors. It seems great for scrubbing tile.
