You can definitely get grill marks and sear a steak on the Traeger. I think the temperature of being able to go up to 500 with the D2 wildfire controller is definitely a game changer. Be nice if it went up to 550 or 600, but you know we'll take the 500 degrees for now

So the Silverton model, and they have two of them. They have the 620 and the 810, and those numbers all have to do with the square inches of cooking

 Also you can see here on the 810, we have three hooks in the side shelf. And what we really like about this Silverton is the D2 Wi-Fi controller. I've got to say I've really enjoyed cooking with the Wi-Fi, being able to use the app to monitor the cooks, change temperatures, etc. They've got a solid algorithm and, you know, it just works

 So I'm going to give it a thumbs up. I'll keep cooking here. I'll keep putting out some other videos and we'll keep testing. And we all want to keep getting better because we're all Jones and Furson Barbecue

 But those are my only beefs with it. I have been extremely satisfied with how easy it was to put together. The app is perfect. One of the premium features that comes with this one is you actually get a sensor

 So what I appreciate most about this one, this one like the Timberline has this, I don't know what you would call this, bench shelf. And then you also have the shelf on the side where you can hold your spatula. And by the way, I really love the Traeger large flat spatula. It is heavy duty and it feels great in your hand and it works for pulling a whole rotisserie chicken off
