I seldom have issues with clicking while scrolling. However, my Rival 5000 died recently. I'm now using a Utechsmart Venus, and the middle mouse button is nearly perfect. There's still an issue with scrolling while clicking, but it's actually less frequent than the Rival 500 was.

Unfortunately, it has high click latency compared to other wireless gaming mice, so it may not feel responsive enough for fast-paced or competitive gaming. Also, while the sensor on our unit is reasonably consistent, it's moderately inaccurate and undershoots the set CPI somewhat during slow cursor movements and significantly during faster movements.

The one time it broke was 2 years after purchase and it was bc the wire broke. Im not sure about the wireless version, but I assume it is just as good if not better!.
