So this ski is marketed towards an aggressive all-mountain skier this is 96 underfoot which gives it it makes it a little bit on the narrow end of the middle of the all-mountain category

Anyone else as stoked as I am for all the new equipment? What skis are you most excited to demo this winter?

 Some days were very old snow with ice. I got to try all these conditions including some moguls. If you are going to own one pair of skis and deal with everything the mountain throws at you then these will definitely work. I have the 177cm and I’m 6’2”, 180 lbs and ski every slope; green to black

I Love these skis

 So we weren't really able to bring it into really tight technical trees that we have here in Vermont. But in that application, I do think it's going to feel more forgiving and just easier in general. And a lot of that comes down to, you know, the lighter swing weight too. It's the longer radius and the tips and the tails are not going to feel as catchy and then a lighter swing weight, less fatiguing, a little easier to throw side to side

 We haven't really seen this application of carbon or specifically this use of carbon in the tip. And I think the tweaks to the titanal frame were really cool too, and the way that they're changing that based on length is really cool. You know, I think these are valuable changes to the Mantra, and I'd just say great job, Bokel. You know, you took a ski that was really good and you made it better, and that's a really hard thing to do

 The Mantra M5's are great, but they're heavy as shit and I don't always want to feel like I ran a marathon after a day on the mountain (that's an exaggeration, but you get it). As a reminder, what I'm looking for would be for zipping around groomers, not to go as fast as possible, not a dedicated park ski but definitely something with park qualities to make it a more playful option in my quiver.

 I love this ski. It's a go-everywhere type of ski. At 96 under a foot, it's phenomenal all over the hill. Will really get in and out of the turns really, really well on the groomed snow, but has no problem getting into the trees in a little bit of fresh snow

Okay here I go. So I grew up skiing and normally skii out in CO but lately have been going up to WY, UT, and ID. I currently have and been skiing on a pair of Volkl Revolt 95 (2018) for the past 3 seasons. I have had to switch out the bindings once and plan to use these skiis when I'm just trying to mess around and not care about damaging my skiis. I originally "wanted" to be a park skiier, but as of lately have noticed how much more fun I have carving on steep groomers, and floating in deep powder in the trees. Am Currently trying to find some All Moutain skiis that are just well rounded in everything except for deep deep snow (buying powder day skiis already). I really enjoy carving deep and hard, but nothing like an old school racer skii. Still would like to skii cliffs, moguls, tree trails, you name it.
