 What we have done and what I normally do is a little tip I Got from a venture Al and you guys should look them up about tarp. Door management is right here. We have little piece of shock cord I think this is 1/16 I got it off Amazon It's really cheap and then we have a little buckle right here that are used for each side and this is pretty useful because you set it up like this and you can just pull the buckle off and then walk over the other line and get on in and then put the buckle back in from the inside. but also with these buckles you set them up opposite so you could take the doors and put them all the way up on each end and have the female and the male buckle and connect

 I Really like this. You guys can see in here. This is an 11 foot hammock which is a pretty standard size and you got the under quilt here and there's a lot of room on each side for your gear. Anything you want to keep in here

 But for the money, this war bonnet tarp is a great option. provides a lot of coverage. The weight is pretty good compared to other tarps with this same coverage due to some of the design things that we talked about like the corner tie outs and things like that. but this is the war bonnet

 Now go throw a little buckle. Alright now here we're looking at the side with the trekking pole that has the side pull it out and you can see that it creates quite a bit more room than the other side over here which doesn't have the truck in Poland just for comparison purposes. As you can see inside this tarp, there's plenty of space on the side. This is gonna keep any kind of you know wind or blowing rain from getting to you and your hammock or soaking your stuff

 you may just be leaning up against a tree. You may be raining. it may not be raining, you're just gonna deal with it, and that's kind of miserable, but that's all you really need. So when you start adding tarps, you're just adding a tool to accomplish something for you while you're in the outdoors

 But when you're gonna be when you're gonna be miserable at night, the days are even worse, trust me. So for me, when I'm choosing trees, I Really like to choose a tree if possible that is only about a foot longer than the ridgeline length of the tarp and that gives you a little play to set it up. You don't want it too tight, you definitely don't want it shorter or end up having to wrap your tarp around the tree or something funky which we've all done. If you're honest with yourself and you've been hammock camping for a while, you've had some not so good hangs where you just had to make it work

 And for me, I've been miserable plenty of times before. I'm okay with it if I get miserable I get miserable, but I choose not to in most cases. So for me, I'm gonna choose a tarp that's actually going to accomplish what I want it to accomplish. If you can be warm and dry at night, you can survive any day knowing you'll be warm and dry at night

 About half the companies out there offer both steel nylon and seal poly tarps. anywhere that has stitching basically you you seem seal that and prevent any any leakage. I've never really had issues with tarps. Other people seem to have a lot of issues
