I had a little trouble getting used to it as it is very powerful. Once I did find the right setting for me personally I have no regrets with my purchase. :-)

-  I am pretty sure that we are going to try the We-Vibe Melt or, perhaps, the Womanized Premium. The Lora DeCarlo Baci and the Satisfyer choices seem interesting too. Satisfyer mainly in the sense that they are much less costly, however, prior to the Magic Wand she had a LOT of trouble getting off and she definitely requires stronger stimulation so I am inclined to go with one of the more powerful choices here.
