Good product with smaller capacity then advertised

OK but wish the drawers were sturdier

Cannot store many champagne sized bottles- shelves are too tight and only can use the very top shelf for wider bottles

 The concept of displaying a few bottles is nice but in reality it cuts into storage volume. If you want to put a few "nice" labels out to impress your friends and then pack the rest with Kangaroo wine, go for it. I'm not a narcissist and know what is in my collection and don't need to show it off. To get a bottle out from the back you must first remove one or two of the bottles laid out for display

 From there we exchanged several emails and phone calls with no resolution achieved. They have since gone dark on me without resolution. I gave up. I still feel my thermostat is inaccurate causing me to set temperatures lower to achieve desired levels

 Beyond that I need to set my temperatures much colder than the desired storage temperature to get them where I want. I have the top set at 48* and the bottom at 52*. The end result is about 50*-56* from top to bottom. I have multiple calibrated thermometer throughout the unit to monitor temperature

 I'm not sure if the charcoal filter is to thank for that or if it's just running more often trying to cool two zones.

A good cooler with a few drawbacks

 We have it in our living room close to the TV we watch nightly, and I was concerned with possible noise, but we do not hear it running hardly at all! Once it hits the set temperatures, it does not turn on very much, and when it does it is very quiet. The improvements I would like to see are more room between shelves for white wines and some red wines that are in larger bottles than the traditional reds. One other feature that would be nice (but not sure how it would work) is to have some level of moisture controls so that corks don't dry out, but time will tell since we don't have experience with how long it takes to dry out a cork. But otherwise, we love this wine cellar, and it is beautiful in our living room

Only had it a month, and the first impression is great! Good looking unit, very quiet (quieter than the 155 btl with the VinoView shelves, btw...I returned that one)

.I returned that one). I don't need to hold 150 btls, so the fact that the shelves are too close together to hold the bigger bottles (Champagne, Pinot, etc) is okay. I knew that going in - but unless you have only traditional Bordeaux bottles and I mean the skinny ones, don't expect to get more than 120 or so bottles in this - I currently have close to 100 and could probably shove in about 10 more without stacking

Moreover, maybe I'm doing something wrong, you can't change the tempetrature setting for the top part to have a higher temperature. It's setup for the top part to have a lower temperature, and the bottom part - higher, and I can't seem to find the way to flip it. I find it more convenient to keep the reds in the upper part.
