This was just too light for me. I'm a beginner and it seemed to take this jump rope forever to come back around. I added some duct tape for weight to the middle and that helped a bit. Completely as advertised took me a few sessions to be able to keep up a rhythm without tripping up. Although it works ok, i'm not sure i shouldn't have tried one of the heavier weight ropes.

After using this jump rope, I think I'll purchase a different rope with a heavier rope. It would swing more smoothly than this one does.

It is easy to adjust. I would suggest not cutting the rope and just folding the extra line into the handle. I did that and I'm so happy I did because I thought I had it at a good length but ended up needing to adjust it again. It does feel durable, but my only complaint is the rope, while fine in it...

Light and easy... just the kind of rope you need. Tuck it a purse it is that foldable. Very light in weight, flips over quickly, the cusion grips are too good. They give u a very tight grip. Changing the size is simple. Just open the cover and adjust the tiny clip inside. Its good for people over 6"...

Light enough but also heavy enough for the purpose of being a jump rope. Arrived folded and the folds along the ropa doesn't really straighten. Had to hang it for a period of time for the rope to straighten. Otherwise a good jump rope. Just don't store the rope folded.

Not a fan of how the ends of the rope move within the handles of the jump rope, but that's a minor issue really. All I really need was a solid jump rope that was long enough, because I am 6'6". This was long enough, and its adjustable for everyone else.

For what you pay for, the jump rope does its purpose. I use it daily and thus far, it still works very well. The only negative review I have for this product is that the rope itself isn't weighted. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my jump rope.
