First, look at the handlebar stem is there are holes to click into that are spaced very far apart compared to most other bikes, so you're not going to get those micro adjustments really on these handlebars same goes for the seat posts. The holes are spaced fairly far apart, so if micro adjustments is something you need on yours, uh, this bike doesn't appear to have really close adjustments for uh saddle, height or handlebar height

So, let's open it up pro tip for you open the box at the bottom and lift it from the it's top every day. Here all right, i got everything unboxed, so let me give you my very first impressions of the components and take a first look at everything here.  It was amazing and lasted a long long time and many miles as I rode that thing 2-3 times daily for 30 minutes. So it was very difficult to look for a new bike. I ended up purchasing this bike based on the number of great reviews.  First, I'm going to talk about more of a preference and is not a negative of the bike

Not What I Expected

 So, let's get to it. Okay, first things: first, you want to adjust the bike, so it fits your body and you can start with the seat. It does tip forward and back and um this part slides forward and back but uh. Let'S start with the seat

 I love these handlebars. I love the way they are angled in which is kind of the natural way, your arms and your shoulders kind of want to kind of come in, while you're really leaning forward, like that, the exercise monitor is great. Uh seat is comfortable everything adjusts your body the way you'll want it to so, as i say, highly recommend it. If you want to get a bike, that's good for the price it doesn't have a lot of like you know, crazy bells and whistles doesn't come with um

 You want. You got ta kind of wiggle it to find [ Applause, ] that hole there and then once you got it, get it in place and crack that back down make sure it's tight. You don't want this sliding down while you're riding on it. Okay, so this is kind of a nice touch down here

Has its Shortcomings

 Shimmy it side to side, as it does weigh a lot and it is bulky and then i can get it into my closet, but this also opens me up to damaging my doorway. If i mess up and hit against it, so it's something i have to consider um, especially moving forward, if i would like to keep the bike because of this main reason now with that, my bike does fit in the closet itself when it's in there. So i actually put it in and close the door, it's just getting it in and out of the closet itself. So if you're someone with a wider door frame, you probably want one at least 24 inches or wider

 It took about a week for me to receive the product, and i did a full unboxing video. If you'd like to take a look at how hard and how long it took me to put it together, as well as my first impressions after putting the entire bike together from scratch, the asuda spin bike also comes with an lcd monitor that helps you track your Workouts, each and every time you do them simply jump onto the bike and start pedaling and the lcd monitor will light up starting your workout or continuing from where you left off. With that, let's jump into my pros and cons of the osuda indoor spin bike after using it for 30 days. My first pro is that the price is excellent compared to many of the other ones

 I don't know how long it'll last us it's only been 30 days, but so far i feel like it hasn't gone very far through my bike itself. So i think this should last i'd say probably even years to come with that, let's take a look at my cons for the yosuda indoor spin bike. My first con is that it is very big, heavy and bulky to move around your room. I recommend setting it up and leaving it in a spot, but if you're like me and try and put it in your closet, taking it in and out, each time can be kind of a hassle, as i am having to maneuver it around my room

 With that, let's jump into my pros and cons of the osuda indoor spin bike after using it for 30 days. My first pro is that the price is excellent compared to many of the other ones. Frustrated

 I can tell a difference with way they’re designed, but it isn’t making me not want to use it. I just have to be mindful of body placement and adjust accordingly. I do find this bike to feel less sturdy when out of the saddle, but I don’t foresee anything happening because of it. The bikes are just made from a different material

 I don’t find it effecting my form as much as I thought. I might just be Schwinn spoiled, but it is something to note. I have a history with knee and hip injuries and this is something I really plan to keep a close eye on. Form is extremely important with these rides

 I also decided that if I had a bike that took up less space within my home office (like an upright,) I would be more likely to use it rather than it sitting in the basement or in another room-sight unseen. So, I ended up purchasing the Yosuda bike three weeks ago, using it every other day to start, and this is what I have found thus far: Shipping and Assembly: The bike was at our doorstep within 3 days. Not too heavy or awkward for a woman to bring into the house herself. Assembly was easy-my husband and I put this together in about 25 minutes-which included taking everything out of the well-packed shipping box and unwrapped from plastics

Good bike with very minor flaws

 I gave the bike 4 stars instead of 5 because of 2 annoyances.  First the exercise monitor has a single button user interface and the printed instructions are vague. Some combination of waiting until the options scan past on the screen and pressing the single button is supposed to select and lock the monitor onto one of the functions instead of slowly scanning through all the functions (scanning is the default mode) On only 1 out of the 5 rides on this machine has the monitor reliably kept track of my exercise time. The other 4 times it would start tracking the time and then when I looked at it several minutes later the timer had frozen (stopped timing) at some earlier point
