My seat was pretty hard, but I didn't want to replace it, so figured I'd try this. Definitely extends the time I can spend on the bike to a more meaningful exercise time. Fits well, seems secure. Maybe if my underlying seat was softer it would be even better, but well worth the ~$10 spent.
