The TriggerPoint Grid is one of the most popular self-massage tools on the market. Its popularity was earned by it being a versatile and durable tool for self-care &mdash; characteristics we attribute to its unique design. It has a hollow core, made possible by .2" of hard plastic tube surrounded by a half-inch of multi-density EVA foam. This foam resists breaking down over time, and that, mixed with the rigid hollow core, makes this one of the most durable rollers we've had the pleasure of using. The topographical features of the TriggerPoint roller are modest but just right. The surface texture strikes a perfect middle ground between being super bumpy and completely smooth. Combined with the harder sections of foam and tight diameter of 5.35", these features allow you to pinpoint specific muscle groups. This stellar roller weighs in at 1.8 pounds, and at a length of just under 13", it travels pretty well. Our experience has shown that everyone, from beginners to the most experienced athletes, enjoys this roller.
We found that the relatively short length of the TriggerPoint made it slightly less versatile than others we tested. Those with broad shoulders may find it too narrow to roll out their backs. People looking for a firm roller also might find that the TriggerPoint isn't firm enough for their more intense foam rolling sessions. That said, the foam that coats the hollow roll isn't as firm as some, but it also isn't especially soft. We think it hits just right, but this, of course, is completely subjective based on what your body craves. An improvement on the long foam roller...

I had a lot of pain in my quadriceps especially when lifting my leg, used my foam roller for the first time yesteday, what a relief!!!

First of all, the GRID VIBE PLUS is an updated version of the GRID VIBE. While the original version had only one speed, the PLUS has 4 different speed settings. More importantly, the level 3 and level 4 speeds are so powerful, that they literally shook the floor and windows when I was using it on top of a yoga mat!

First off, at 12 inches long and 3.5" in diameter, the GRID VIBE PLUS is one of the most compact foam rollers on the market, vibrating or otherwise, but especially for vibrating foam rollers. TriggerPoint declares that the smaller diameter results in a more targeted massage, and after using it, I have to agree with them. Compared to bulkier rollers, I felt the smaller surface area enhanced my rolling sessions

In addition, the first two levels are also surprisingly effective. While I mostly stayed at level 2 or 3, it is nice to have four options.  Above all, I have read conflicting theories about how vibration is only beneficial up to a certain frequency/power, meaning the lower levels of vibration is probably plenty enough to reap the benefits physically, but you definitely feel good after using this on level 3 and 4, so I would say choose the level that feels best for you and stick with that. Finally, it is worth noting that most vibrating foam rollers on the market have 3 speeds or less, so 4 speeds makes this the category leader, in terms of the number of speed options it offers

There’s Nothing Better for Sore Muscles Than This Trigger Point GRID Foam Roller

 I didn't see this item on their website or in store, so you may want to check out uh other stores, if you like to, but it's going to be around 100 for this item. This is a pretty hefty uh in terms of the the weight of the item. It'S not lightweight. It'S pretty heavy

 There'S no batteries you have to recharge or anything like that. It'S already built in so just plug it into the wall and go from there now with this product, as you can see it, it's pretty sturdy in the way it's built uh. This eva foam is pretty sturdy as well. I don't foresee it ripping or cracking unless you're really putting it against items that are not supposed to be by it, but if you're just doing it with your body and you don't have really a belt or or something that could rip it, i don't foresee it Damaging in under a year or two, this isn't a cheap product

It isn't cheap, i bought it from target and you may be able to purchase it from amazon and get a better deal, but right now, at the moment the price is at a hundred dollars

 Keep your your muscles, your joints and your body. Therefore, in good condition and hopefully muscle pain, while not free, maybe but help with recovery and so on, what are the benefits really of a foam roller? This large, when we looked at the small one, I couldn't really make the case for it. There was not enough. Physically, not enough foam roller in order to get your muscles rolled out properly, maybe you're capturing forearms or small body parts that are very mobile, but things like your legs, maybe your glutes, maybe your whole back

 It'S so much nice and have that extra piece of material to work with in an extra width and that's to work with. So it's very comfortable. It does the trick and just like the normal form, rosin take a bow and do, and it really helps me with my recovery. You might know it formerly fetuses, I'm a personal trainer

 Roller, really, nice product definitely recommendable. If you do a lot of sports, if you want to get a bit more flexible in a bit more soft way and take good care of your muscles, foam rolling is definitely where you have to be, and this one's from trigger point is actually one of the Best, I had so far hope you guys enjoyed the video and I'll catch you in the next one Cheers: 

 Do it properly for 10-15 minutes a day make sure that your muscles and your joints stay in good condition, so figure point definitely job well done.
