Completely over-engineered and good ergonomically. I have a 10+ year old camera straps for a DSLR I bought from them as well - soft, stretchy, lightweight, and has held its shape better than any I have ever owned. Have not bought from them in years mostly because I have not had to replace either. I use a different brand of backpack because they have a bike helmet holder built in, but I still look on the Crumpler website from time to time

I'm looking for a messenger bag that will be a safe way to carry my 15.6" laptop, a tablet and a portable 15.6" display for work. I can't seem to find something that's very rugged but also looks professional. 

I'm a sales engineer so frequently walking manufacturing plants where there's risk of tons of dirt and oil getting on the bag but I do also sit down at meetings with high level execs and a backpack doesn't come off as professional. It's also hard to be pulling my tablet out for notes and putting it back in as easily with a backpack vs a messenger bag especially when I'm doing something in a plant that requires both hands.

Any recommendations?

 To sum it up, If you are in need for a bag/backpack, and you want something that'll last you a long time, ... CRUMPLER got you covered

I own 3 models by CRUMPLER. The Muli 2500, the Dinky Di Messenger Bag and the Track Jack Board Backpack

This one is made out of 1000D Chicken Tex Nylon

which makes it waterproof since this fabric is also used for tarpaulins as well.

I bought this bag for my Canon M50 which stands right in front of me

So I can take it with me to the city for VLOGs etc.

For this I needed a bag which offers the space as well as smaller pockets for batteries and other equipment

It also shouldn't be overly expensive. The Muli 2500 came in at 40€ on sale at 80€ normale price.

The Muli 2500 is split into 2 bigger pockets with one being for the cam and the other one for lenses

it also has a smaller pocket at the front as well as the back for stuff like charger and other batteries

When it comes to comfort the strap has an extra shoulder pad to make it softer to carry around.

The strap itself is a little short for my likings but I guess that's normal for bags at this size

For it's prize of 40€ and even 80€ it comes with great, sturdy quality and will last you a long time.

I bought this one for my way to work as well as traveling by train.

My requirements were that it needs to have quite some space for office stuff, food etc while also not being too

bulky and "in the way" if the train happens to be very crowded. Security was also something not too neglect.

The Dinky Di is made out of the same material as the Muli 2500 which makes it waterproof even in tough rain.

I got so used to it that any bag without it feels very weird and almost annoys me since these are way more lose on your body.

The Dinky Di costs 100€ if it's not on sale and I got my one almost 2 years ago

Let's get to the functions starting from the inside.

It got multiple layers with the first 2 ones being secured by a velcro.

Normally this is meant for notebooks but can also be used for general stuff.

It also comes with a silencer for the main pocket. If you remove the silencer and open the bag you grandparents from across the sea will hear it.

It probably wont happen but if someone wants to open your case to yoink your stuff everyone around you will hear it as well.

As mentioned before the Dinky Di comes with a stabilizer strap.

It's super easy to adjust and supports the overall weight of the bag immensely.

You wont have to worry about making too quick movements with the bag flying around your ears too.

Imo once you own a bag with this kinda stabilizer you wont buy another bag without one.

Another feature is the quick release buckle which makes length adjustments super easy and convient if needed.

A cool smaller feature is the Mr. Spot which you can buy additionally for 10€ making you safer especially during the night.

You know the deal with full black outfits. ;)

It also adds a little bit more details to the bag making it more interesting if you look at it for a longer time.

Same as the Muli 2500 the Dinky Di comes with a quick access back pocket.

I put stuff like my wallet and passport in there so I dont have to open the whole bag which can take a while.

The only small downside I have with this bag is that if you happen to put A LOT of stuff in it, it gets very bulky and becomes almost ball like.

This makes the main strap as well as the stabilizer push really into your chest which gets quite uncomfortable. It's still manageable with some adjustments and by wearing a jacket.

When it comes to looks the Dinky Di also comes with a minimalistic but still slightly futuristic look paired with a techwear flavour due to it having the dangly thingies.

People will notice that this is not an "ordinary" bag but one with higher quality and functionality.

Let alone it "hanging" diagonal on your back makes it way more interesting to look at than your normal bags .

The stabilizer also adds a ton to the look especially in my M65 jacket making it an even more futuristic military looking outfit.
