Get a 1440p 144hz monitor only once you upgrade, you won’t get good FPS in 1440p let alone 4K. Make sure you grab at least a 3060 ti for 1440p. I wouldn’t get the Lg27GL850, the nano IPS is outdated. Get instead the 27GP850 which is releasing soon and has better response times or get the M27Q from gigabyte or the MSI MAG274QRF QD

The outdated HDMI 1.4 port is especially galling because it doesn't even have the bandwidth to drive the monitor at its full resolution/refresh rate - it's only able to do 50 Hz at 3440x1440. This means that if you want to connect a second device to the monitor, such as a laptop, you will have to settle for it displaying at 50 Hz through HDMI (which is EXTREMELY noticeable compared to 120 Hz), or shell out additional cash for an aftermarket Displayport switch (and make sure it supports Gsync! not all of them do!).
