The front pocket just has a simple straight left to right zipper instead of the wrap around zipper than most backpacks have on their front pockets. Because of this, when you are looking for something it's a bit like reaching into the abyss as you can't really see all the way to the bottom, so you kinda have to feel your way around to find what you're looking for. Other than this small gripe, it's a nice made backpack that is lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. It easily fits my daily essentials (laptop, charger, phone charger, pens, USB sticks, tablet, etc), but not much more than that

Overall it's a really solid backpack and really like it's super durable. Like I said I'm traveling to different three months now and I really like it....

This is better than you would expect for an $18 backpack, but you aren't going to get $80 worth of features. I've been using this bag about a month now on daily subway travel, and while I'm happy with it, I know it probably won't be a have-it-forever bag, which is fine by me. I've never had a subway commute before, so I just wanted to get a sense of whether I liked using a backpack or whether I needed to invest in a better shoulder bag, and for that, this fits the bill. I'm a woman of fairly small stature, 5'2 and petite all around, so I didn't want to feel like I was back in my middle school days with a backpack that made me look like an ersatz turtle clomping down the street

As simple as that may seem that missing feature has me considering returning the bag. For my office setting, I need a briefcase (optics/professionalism)(I know, yay, corporate America), so that shoulder strap would be awesome, also carrying the briefcase by the handle, takes away the usage of whatever hand I am using to carry the bag. I love this backpack!! I was looking for a slimmer backpack for my tablet and all it’s cables and accessories and it’s been with me everyday since I got it!! It has a lot of compartments for storage but what’s great about it is if I need to put my lunch bag or sweatshirt along with my daily items, it still has a lot of room to Accommodate. Only thing I can complain about is the shoulder straps. There kind of getting a little flat from my use but its not a problem. I would still give this bag a 95% rating!!

Cons: It was much heavier than my old backpack, and the amount of padding seems excessive for the size of the bag. It also did not fit fully under the seat for any of my international flights on the trip, so I ended up resting my feet on top of it. I'm short, so this wasn't too bad, but would likely be an issue for taller travelers. I didn't really want to use it on the flight home and was just going to take my purse, but it was so bulky (even empty!) it didn't fit in my suitcase
