The material feels very thin and cheap. There is hardly any padding on the back, straps, and bottom of the bag. While there is plenty of storage space inside, there is absolutely no internal storage or compartments except for the laptop slip. There is plenty space, but no compartments for functionality, and without the durability and padding of the bag, it feels risky filling it up and taking advantage of all the space

It’s much cheaper but a similar quality comfortable tactical urban fusion. Also the Topo Designs Core pack.

Also, the straps are not comfortable. I use it daily as a work bag that contains a 15" laptop, a notebook, and a bunch of necessary smaller items. The straps already feel like cutting into my shoulder. If I add one more DSLR camera or something weighs equivalent, it would be very uncomfortable

The first year it held up quite well and still looked nice with some minor scratches and also good to note that if scratched it's there forever. The second year it was still fine but I began to see some stitches become undone and as of now the problem has only gotten worse. The straps that connect to the backpack are now ripping off and there are lots of stickes undone. I don't know if it's because of my heavy use or just time maybe even workmanship

The strap and back are not padded. When bag is heavy, the strap digs into my shoulders. Deeply disappointed. Will check comparable Timbuk2 bag next time

I was expecting to be able to use this as my tech backpack, but I was surprised by how incredibly small it is, especially for the cost. Still considering returning it. If you have a larger laptop, or a good amount of gear to carry, stay away from this one.

I bought this bag to my commute to work. It looks great and has several smart, functional features. The only drawback is that it could be bigger in size, particularly so that I could fit my lunch box within the bag.
