It gets stuck transmitting sound as a "voice call" and so music or games come across with a crackling/tinny sound that is abyssmal. The only way to fix it is to try to disconnect any other device that attempts to use it for voice or re-pair with the device you want to have good sound from. This is a pain. My AirBuds don't have this problem

At first, everything was good, very comfortable, doesnt pinch ears, and clear audio, no issues with bluetooth dropping, headset almost never ever ran out of battery. Only issue is that computer had difficulty recognizing which input to use when the headset was plugged in and bluetooth was on too, but that didn't really make too much of a difference again because the battery is good so no problems just charging at the end of the day

Not real heavy, but heavy enough that you cannot bend over or turn quickly without the headsets flying off. Adjustable for size, however does not stay in position, I'm constantly squeezing the headsets together to affix to my head a little tighter. Also, the lights to let someone else know you are on a call, dont seem to work for me. I can push the right ear button to turn them on manually

Sometimes when it fails to pair you can disconnect and reconnect the USB dongle (with the headset off and unplugged) then turn on the headset. But that doesn't always work and I worry about wear and tear on the dongle. So try to remember to unplug and turn off headset before you boot up or restart Windows 7. - range is so-so, about 20 feet in a straight line with nothing in between

I bought this headset and the charging stand together. They worked great up until a couple of months ago when the headset quit charging on the stand.
