The earbud doesn't enter your ear canal too deeply, making it comfortable to wear for an entire workday and should it start to cause discomfort, you can easily swivel the microphone and use the headset on the other ear. The 6.4-hour battery life falls a bit short of the 7 hours that are advertised, but thanks to its standby mode, it should be more than long enough for an entire work day. While the sound profile isn't well-balanced for music, it's well-tuned for phone calls and voices sound present and detailed, without being harsh or piercing

It gets stuck transmitting sound as a "voice call" and so music or games come across with a crackling/tinny sound that is abyssmal. The only way to fix it is to try to disconnect any other device that attempts to use it for voice or re-pair with the device you want to have good sound from. This is a pain. My AirBuds don't have this problem

My work gave me a pair of Jabra Evolve 75 which I've been using for almost a month now. And while they are fine I'm having a huge issue with comfort, they clamp my ears a bit, but much worse that I hate how it feels on my head, the headband is sharp and digs into the small point it contacts with my head causing great annoyance. So I have the option of turning them in and getting $150 to find a different pair (however, price isn't a factor).

Just be aware your experience may be variable. Original review: So I bought these in May 2021, for about 250. At first, everything was good, very comfortable, doesnt pinch ears, and clear audio, no issues with bluetooth dropping, headset almost never ever ran out of battery. Only issue is that computer had difficulty recognizing which input to use when the headset was plugged in and bluetooth was on too, but that didn't really make too much of a difference again because the battery is good so no problems just charging at the end of the day

They are lightweight & comfortable and if you have to wear them for long periods it shouldn't be an issue.

My new BOSE Quiet Comfort II headset doesn't use a dongle, just talks to the computer directly using the computer's built-in Bluetooth.

battery life sucks on the 5200, but I got used to it! The noise cancelation feature is and has been consistently the best by far. In fact I find myself frustrated when I ask a coworker or client if they can hear the sound I'm hearing while I'm troubleshooting.. they say that they can not gear anything! I want them to hear the slamming of a bad compressor or the hammering of a bent fan blade, but they simply can't hear the background

Not real heavy, but heavy enough that you cannot bend over or turn quickly without the headsets flying off. Adjustable for size, however does not stay in position, I'm constantly squeezing the headsets together to affix to my head a little tighter. Also, the lights to let someone else know you are on a call, dont seem to work for me. I can push the right ear button to turn them on manually

I loved this series of bluetooth headsets for well over a decade! Over the past 13 years, I have owned 11 of these headsets: 6x Plantronics Voyager Pro headsets, 4x Plantronics Voyager 5200 headsets, and 1x Poly Voyager 5200 headset (THIS PRODUCT) I use these daily and purchase a new headset about once every 12-18 months. In general, they fail in the neck between the earbud and the behind ear battery after about 18 months of daily use (living on-ear and in jeans pocket). I've lost a few of them. I've had a few of them completely fail

I bought this headset and the charging stand together. They worked great up until a couple of months ago when the headset quit charging on the stand. The light would be green but when I put the headset on, it would tell me I had less than one hour battery left. I would put it back on the charger for several more hours only to get it up to four hours of battery time left
