What I don't like about it is that I can't do wireless power share because of the cutout on the back of the case where it mounts to the handlebar attachment. I have a wireless charging pad and again because the case is so thick, the phone occasionally stops charging. Quad lock does sell an insert to address these issues.

I have a case from quad lock for use on my bike. The case is great as far as an everyday case to protect the phone.

 The old models acted like a dirt collector sucking all sorts of gunk into the back of the case  Case is by far the best case for iPhone and I've used more than a dozen over the years.  The material is perfect the design save the couple of flaws above is fantastic and the utility because of the half a dozen ways you can mount the case make it the most useful case bar none.  I took the wall mount and replaced the sloppy adapted book holder from the levo and made a perfect iPhone / iPad holder. I recommend anybody with quad lock case follow suit

down a star for two bugs in the design  ➀ the flashing between the two halves of the molded case is so sharp it hurt my hand. It took a few minutes with a razor sharp knife to shave down the entire perimeter and that was solved but for a premium case that is not acceptable. To be fair I think they spent premium $ for extremely precise molds to avoid having to clean up the flash but it backfired because what it created was a very very very small RAZOR SHARP flashing.  ➁ same problem with ALL quad lock products: they teeter totter and wobble because the lock hole acts like a pedestal

 He doesn’t like any of the suction cup type mounts or vent clip style either. To each their own, right? So anyhow, no matter where he goes or what he is doing, he always has a way to keep his phone right where he wants it with the quad lock case.  I'd like to add that I had no trouble at all removing the case just now when I was getting pics, and it was easy enough to put it back on too. I didn't even worry that I might chip a fingernail

I got this for my husband to use with his new iPhone 6 because he had enjoyed using a quadlock case with his iPhone 5 so much. He was happily surprised that this one has an even better design than his old one. The back is totally sealed up so that water can’t get inside and that was the only thing that worried him with the one he had for his old phone, even when he used the poncho on it the back was still not totally protected. The quad lock company website has a video that describes this improvement in detail

Only gripe is of you don’t have the ring thing installed in the recess, it’s a bit uncomfortable to hold as it feels like it’s missing something/ not smooth on the back

Went with this for versatility

Great case quality and comparable to the otter box commuter case. Really convenient if you want to mount your phone on a motorcycle or bicycle. The only problem is for the iPhone 13 Pro from my experience in these past weeks. You can’t really use a screen protector with this case

 Pressure applied to the points of the case where the screen protector is lifted will lift even more. Especially on the edges. I’ve dropped my phone once already with this case and it does work excellent but when that happened my screen protector lifted off from that impact point but not a scratch on the phone. So, the case does work

Awesome for cycling

This product was designed for use with motorcycles, but fails when pair with the iPhone11 (albeit not the only reason it was designed). This is because of no failure of it’s own though. I’ve had my iPhone 11 since release and never had an issue with the camera until I paired it with this case/quad lock stem mount (I have always used previous gen iPhones paired with an otterboxes and RAM style mounts for my offroad vehicles so I didn’t damage my current phone, in this case an iPhone 7 mounted with my 11 in my pocket). When I paired my iPhone 11 with a quadlock case I shortly after started experiencing focusing issues with the phone’s camera even often a long period of time after disconnecting it from the bikes mount

 The band is wonderful and fits even larger sized arms, but the velcro wears out over time. You can make certain adjustments so the velcro fits on different parts of the band, but it just wears out over time. I hate having to spend thirty dollars every time I need to replace the armband, but simply by the elegant nature of this product, it's still worth it.  If QL fixes the velcro issues in a future version of this product, it would easily catapult it to 5/5

Quad Lock is the best thing for active people since... ever.

 5 months) and the velcro is already losing its "stick". Sometimes as I am running the velcro just unlatches and I have to catch my armband before it falls off. Obviously my arm doesn't change size, so for 5 consecutive months it has been expected to "stick" and "unstick" in the exact same spot and now it is losing effectiveness. I have had this problem with almost every armband I've ever owned, but not quite this quickly

It’s a good product, but DO NOT leave it in a hot car. The adhesive that held the velcro In place failed even without it being under tension (it didn’t even leave a sticky spot). My fault for not thinking about the effects of extreme heat on a typical velcro adhesive. (Note that it has been exposed to a hot car numerous times before this failure, but in the future I will just bring it inside)

The mechanical part is still working great and I'm really happy with it. It's just the flimsy velcro
