Razer Basilisk V2 vs Zowie FK1

I quickly stopped using it. I see it now as a mouse you would get for the office because you've already got a Basilisk V2/Ultimate and enjoy the shape.

[SHAPE OVERVIEW - Imgur]([URL REMOVED] Viper's very flat design and lack of a pronounced hump makes it less suitable for palm grippers, but should work fine for most variants of fingertip and claw provided your hand size is right. Those who like to hold the mouse further forwards may find the Viper uncomfortable due to the FK-esque flare out at the front, so large-handed claw grippers in particular should keep that in mind.

Dunno why they just don't sell replacements or install this grip differently so that it can be replaced. Sigh.

The material the mouse is made out of feels good to grip and doesn't get all sweaty. The mouse buttons click REALLY loud but they have a very tactile click much as a mechanical keyboard key would be described. The FK1's side buttons are not quite as nice, though. The Razer Naga has mechanical side buttons while the FK1 doesn't

For example Anno 1800 needs to scroll wheel button. The texture of the scroll wheel is also way too grippy, it just irritates the skin of your middle finger after prolonged use. Other this, I'm very happy with it. I'm looking for a replacement because I'm not happy with the scroll wheel texture and the button

However, the scroll wheel isn't percice enought for me in games. I use scroll wheel to jump in CS:GO excusively, with space as my PTT in game, so the scroll wheel better be good. It's not good enough for this. I find myself dying to accidently jumping while picking up the mouse in a firefight more than I'd like

It's still a long way off from your desired 120g but it's a big boy for today's standards.

Oh man, they really hit home with this mouse. I do love the shape, the excelent build quality, the weight , everything about it, except the feet (i am a bit of nitpicky here). I don't like the skates on this mouse, i don't know why exaclty , it gives me a feeling of scratching even if it doesn't do that. I repeat, i love this mouse and it's plugged right now in the pc

It's rare that I write any reviews but this is definitely mouse that is worth it. I think Razer did a really good job here. The ergonomics and comfort of the basilisk as always been a plus to me. It's a decent sized mouse but even with my hands not being big I still find it very comfortable

5 x 9.5 hands and it’s the most comfortable mouse I think I have used. I wish I had tried this out earlier as I’ve tried multiple mice such as the deathadder, g305, g703, gpw, pulsar Xlite, Zowie fk1, Zowie za-13, roccat burst pro and the rival 310 and a few others.

I find it's just a bit to small for my hands, so if you have large hands keep that in mind. Otherwise it's a wonderful mouse.

My hand is around 21cm by 10cm and this mouse was incredibly uncomfortable for me. I have an EC1-A and that is just an amazing mouse in comparison. This mouse is very low and narrow, making it impossible for larger hands to keep off of the mouse pad. There are obviously people who like this mouse a lot I just can't comprehend someone with my size hand using this over something like the EC1-A

Even if it was only **$75** mouse, it was super cool. **16k dpi**, cool design. I liked it a lot.

The scroll wheel is a nice looking yellow, and the Zowie logo is also yellow, giving it a good look. The scroll wheel was very light and had a perfect amount of click for each scroll. Underneath is a sole yellow button for DPI adjustment. Being a software free mouse, DPI adjustments came from the button underneath
