 Its basically like having basic cable without a monthly fee. The tv will pay for itself in 12 months. About the sound, it is high end sound. You can use headphones and a sound bar but the sound is really good and immersive

 The sound quality is poor. You’d have to buy a sound bar to get greeter volume. Also commercials are so much louder than the program I’m watching. I also set up payments and they tried to take the payment 5 days earlier then they were supposed too!, and then the payment was unsuccessful because I didn’t have enough money in my acct to pay it

Review of tv

 A few times it wouldn’t turn on at all. I realized at that point that if the Roku function broke on this, that it would be totally worthless and I would be unable to turn it on to use. The remote control is the same type as you get for a freestanding Roku device that you hook up separately to a smart TV. It just does not work very well, and I have a feeling the TV is going to have a relatively short life before it just won’t work

Good value but…

 I had a ROKU device attached to the LG so the choice of a ROKU TV was a given. I do like the O.S. and user interface

 I set that to theater and a clear more dynamic sound arrived. I don’t know why TCL would set a default to a sub optional setting, but they did. Of course the product literature was of limited value, just had to experiment. I like it so far!

 There is a button on the front bottom that allows control of the device if you lose the remote. I bought a spare non OEM remote for $5.00, I would recommend it. The remote combined with the ROKU interface has a lot of options in spite of the remote only having a few buttons

It comes with a VA panel, meaning it has a really high native contrast ratio. Even though it doesn't have a local dimming feature, the black uniformity is still decent, and it's fine enough to use in a dark room as blacks will look black. It doesn't have any issues upscaling lower-resolution content like from DVDs and cable boxes, which is great if you watch that type of content.

Sadly, it doesn't have the most advanced smart features. The Vizio D32f-J04 is the best 32 inch TV under $300. It's a basic entry-level TV with good enough picture quality for people looking for a small TV to put in a kitchen or bedroom. It's available in smaller sizes, from 24 to 40 inches, and the 32 inch D32f-J04 variant performs like the 40 inch model we tested because it has a 1080p resolution. However, some smaller sizes have a 720p resolution, so they perform differently.

It has a VA panel with a remarkable native contrast ratio for deep blacks, and the black uniformity is decent. Although it doesn't get bright enough in SDR to fight glare, it still has good reflection handling if you want to use it in a room with a few lights around. TV's performance degrades after a day or two to where it freezes or hangs and then needs a cold-start - Unplug from the wall, wait 60 seconds, plug back in.

Nice TV, but....

 The interface does not offer a way for the user to group favorite apps which which would bypass scrolling through the numerous other apps.

A good value with tradeoffs, of course.

Bought the TV in December and at first the TV worked okay but the TV has become slow over time and lags when I try to use the AirPlay feature. TV has shut off on its own while it was loading. Invest in a better brand!!!!

Don't waste your money!

 So it does come in handy to have V-Sync for the older games. But now that it's 1080p, I don't have to throw as much hardware to get someone like games like Street Fighter V or even Tekken 7 to run in this arcade cabinet with variable refresh rate. Now I could just put something like a 1650 Ti in there and get a nice 1080p image. For the fighting games with my VRR

 So the reason why I picked up this television is because it does something that normal TVs don't. And I don't know if you could see this here. I don't know how clear the GoPro I have is, but it has a G-Sync option. That's right, this TV does support HDMI, variable refresh rate

 Hello everyone, Ban Yuki here with another video today and today we're going to be discussing

 this new screen that I just picked up from Best Buy.

 This is a Vizio 32 inch 1080p TV that I have installed here in my arcade cabinet.

 As many would know, I used to have a Samsung 4K 32 inch in here and I have since taken

 I felt that buying this television would be a lot better for the level of hardware that

 I would actually have inside this cabinet.

 It's mostly fighting games and some old arcade games, so going 4K isn't really necessary.

 I don't really like IPS if you're going to be sitting directly in front.

 Another thing about it, it's only 1080p and like I mentioned before, it's a lot less of

 a GPU hit going 1080p than trying to run all these things in 4K.

 But there's another thing that caught my eye about this television.

 It only has two inputs, so it's not that.

 And the contrast is actually quite high.

 Artings has it at 7690 or something like that, so it's basically 7700 of one.

 It's pretty good for a direct backlit VA panel.

 And it shows the colors pop, there's a lot of depth to it.

 Unfortunately, the TV does not get very bright.

 It does not have wide color gamut or anything like that.

 This is basically a bottom line entry level television.

 I've seen it in other places for 219.99 and I wound up getting the 1080p version.

 There is a 720p version out there, but I don't believe it has the one thing that made me

 So the reason why I picked up this television is because it does something that normal TVs

 And I don't know if you could see this here.
