Not just any menu to view what is on tv right now, but a menu to show you what is coming up. TCL is so high tech for cord cutters, by adding a USB drive to the tv you can pause live tv. This is amazing. imagine watching your favorite show but you need a bathroom break

Not the best experience. Roku's grid of apps is simple and familiar, and if you want your homepage to show more relevant programming, Google TV does a much better job. I'd recommend Vizio owners connect a streamer, like a Roku Express Plus 4K or Chromecast with Google TV, and forget Vizio's system. The sound quality is poor. You’d have to buy a sound bar to get greeter volume. Also commercials are so much louder than the program I’m watching. I also set up payments and they tried to take the payment 5 days earlier then they were supposed too!, and then the payment was unsuccessful because I didn’t have enough money in my acct to pay it

On both the sound pops and crackles and cuts out entirely as some sort of noise-gating - wish I had read more reviews before I bought it and saved myself the time because it looks like a longstanding issue that vizio refuses to care enough about to patch, essentially the tv intentially cuts out ambient noise in scenes so you lose lots of atmospheric sound. There are workarounds with soundbars but for that much money I don't want to need a workaround. Don't know much about the rest, but avoid the M-Series at all costs.

A few times it wouldn’t turn on at all. I realized at that point that if the Roku function broke on this, that it would be totally worthless and I would be unable to turn it on to use. The remote control is the same type as you get for a freestanding Roku device that you hook up separately to a smart TV. It just does not work very well, and I have a feeling the TV is going to have a relatively short life before it just won’t work

Sometimes the Apple Remote turns on TV, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the Vizio remote works. Sometimes it doesn't. I've had to call Vizio Customer Service 4x in two weeks to assist
